Sunday, Aug 24th (at like midnight...so it might have technically been the 25th)

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy, paid with my debit card.

How long did it take to ship?
It shipped out the next morning (even though the website says they're closed Mondays). It got here Wednesday the 27th.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Oh yeah. I mean...Dollzone kind of sets the prices and everything, but considering what I paid and how awesome the service was, it was great.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yuppers.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Amazingly. It shipped out fast, got here fast. He was packaged well and I'm absolutely in love with the boy. I'm so glad DDE could help me bring him home.

 

What did you order?
A leeke wig and some of their Dale Ray shoes.

Don't - remember? This summer has been busy as all get out

Very easy, I paid with Paypal

How long did it take to ship?
I got the items within a week and a half, which is great considering I live in Canada

Fantasic. These are the absolute best slender mini shoes I've found anywhere I hope they make a ton of different styles.

Exactly

Very satisfied, I'll almost certainly order from them again

I have ordered from DDE on several occasions. SO far I have bought a Tonner doll, Gracefaerie patterns, a couple of F wigs, some boy MSD underwear, eye putty, and some eyes.

Shipped immediately and i got my stuff in a few days. We are talking from Denver to NC, so that is pretty awesome in my book.

Yes, well it is good especially since I didn't have to pay international shipping costs for my doll

Yes, it was the company sales picture but she does look like the photo.

I am planning to get my next doll from them since it was so easy and they have a great selection to choose from! I don't really care too much for the mainstream dolls so DDE is great for me to shop at.

Really straightforward with my credit card.

DDE posted out on 23rd July 2008. Left San Francisco on 25th July, arrived in the UK hub on 27th July.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Absolutely.

Yes.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Very much so. Great communication and fast shipping. So much so that I placed another order with them on 29th August and it hit the UK hub on 1st September.

Fantastic in both cases--personable AND informative

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy--I've used CC for one and paypal for the other and each method was just fine!

How long did it take to ship?
It was a couple months I think, as both dolls were pre-order items.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes, both items were in range of all other sales of these dolls, without the international shipping rates. Each doll is fantastic and worth the price.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Well, some promotional photos from doll companies vary a bit from the dolls they actually send (ex: the DiM Fairies had special eyes made for their photos), but each doll was close, and very lovely in person.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Absolutely! I would recommend this retailer to anyone in a heartbeat

Glib acrylic eyes, in "poppy".

Saturday, Sept 6th, 2008, arrived Wednesday, Sept 10th (Colorado to New Jersey)
How was the communication?
Just fine!

How easy was it to pay?
Via Paypal, you have to pay attention to the form instructions, but easy.

How long did it take to ship?
Pretty much right away--the eyes were in stock.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Very much so. Glib eyes are gorgeous even though they are some of the least-expensive eyes you can buy. And they are light so shipping is cheap;-)

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Alwas better! Teeny pics on the internet do no show how nice the eyes are in person

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes I am, and I'm finding I am using DDE more and more because they are clear about what they have in stock, they have a good selection, they ship promptly and without drama. The prices for some things are a tiny bit higher than other places, but the good service and the convenience of a reliable US dealer makes it worth it.

Extremely easy via PayPal, then I was snail-mailed a hand written receipt

It was ordered on July 24th, arrived to DDE around Sept 6-7, 2008, and arrived via UPS on Sept 11, 2008. They said it would be 4-6 weeks. It took awhile, I'm sure, because of the face-up

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
It was a great deal because I didn't have to pay shipping from Dollzone!

Yep! Dollzone did a beautiful job. DDE did a great job packing it all up.

How easy was it to pay?
Very easy. They offer a number of options. I used Paypal.

How long did it take to ship?
The Ai shipped immediately and was at my house within two days. The Puki was shipped on 9/26/08 (30 days after I placed the preorder) and arrived within two business days.

Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
Yes. The Puki was about the same price as on the Fairyland website, but I'm only having to pay domestic shipping, so that saves a bit. The Ai was on sale for a good price - plus that particular one was sold out everywhere else I looked.

Did the item look like the sales pictures?
Yes.

Were you satisfied with the product?
Yes, very much so.

I just want to add that the women I dealt with at DDE were extraordinarily helpful. This is the first time I've ordered a "real" BJD (the Puki), and it was nice to be able to ask all my newbie questions and receive friendly, informative answers. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

Yes. His back is very very slightly chipped; but I can't say if he came like that or not. I don't remember doing anything to cause it but It's next to unnoticeable

Very easy! An invoice was sent the next day!

I am AMAZED at this! The package was shipped within 4 hours of my payment! I paid in the afternoon and was notified of shipment. It arrived to me today, which is Wednesday the 1st! A total of 2 days for shipment and it was first class! Amazing.

Absolutely! You'd think I paid $40 for shoes like these, where they were only $16.

I'm very happy to finaly have my own puki. There was a little problem of they didn't have the NS skull masks in stock, but they got to me right away. They gave me the option to substitute a white skin one instead or they would order me a NS from Fairyland. I opted for the white, and I actualy like it better!
