      Very easy, the first time I wanted to order a BJD the other company's layaway so difficult, it never happened.

      It was here super fast. Two days I think?

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      I think so.
      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      She looked better to me.

      You bet. I actually want to try and make at least my next order from there. I'm afriad when I start using other companies it won't go as smoothly ^^;

      August 12 (though technically, I bought a doll DDE had ordered the previous Thursday, so I had a small headstart on the waiting-from-overseas period)

      How easy was it to pay?
      Super easy. I provided my cc over the phone. Small hiccup with the amount charged because I wanted to do a deposit, but it wasn't a big deal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      DDE called me on Sept. 20 to tell me that my doll arrived at their store and I had her in my hands on Sept. 22, can you believe it????

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Absolutely

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Both the doll and wig representation on the site were the official pics, so this one is tough. My Shushu ended up being so perfect, and more beautiful than the pic. The wig did not have a good pic, however, and I ended up having to return it b/c the style and color were not right for the doll.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      So satisfied with the doll. As I mentioned, I returned the wig. I ended up using the credit towards a Dollzone carrier and after I ordered that, the package again arrived quickly! Everyone at DDE was super nice and very helpful. I am going to buy from them again for sure.

      10/20/08, they let me know on 10/21 that an item was out of stock and let me choose whether or not a different wig would work.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy, they sent an invoice on the 22nd and I paid by Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      I got a shipping notice the same day I paid and it arrived on 10/24.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Most definitely. All of the wigs are wonderful (I have fallen in love with Monique wigs because of this order) and the eyes are perfect.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes. Though the colors were different on two of the wigs since I ordered different colors. XD;

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Absolutely.

      I will definitely order from them again. :D

      I emailed them 10/17 to see if they would be getting these boots back in stock anytime soon. They emailed me back right away and told me there was 1 extra pair in a shipment that had just come in, and held them for me :D I placed my order 10/19.

      Very easy, they sent an invoice and I paid through Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      They shipped almost immediately and I got them on 10/23.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. It was much cheaper to order these shoes through them, than paying Dollzone shipping...

      Yup.

      Wonderful. They would often respond within minutes of receiving an Email.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy with PayPal - only I kept forgetting that to actually pay, I had to go through PayPal's site. Putting a down payment, and then the balance, required me to do extra steps. I had thought DDE took out their dues themselves.

      How long did it take to ship?
      About two days. Absolutely amazing!

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      While I'm still nonplussed over the price of BJD's, that is not something DDE controls. The wig and socks, however, are very well made and the price relatively acceptable.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes!

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Very much so, and will not hesitate to order from them again.

      It looked the clothes pictured except it didn't exactly fit the description. The listing said the item was MSD-sized but when I got it, the outfit did not fit either of my DOC boys. The pants have an extremely small waist and are very long so it's a very akward size. The outfit only fits my Unoa. They do sell clothes for slim minis so I thought they would know the difference. I bought the outfit for one of my DOCs but as it only fits my Unoa, that plan had to go out the window.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Overall, yes. Luckily I had a doll that the outfit fit on, but if I hadn't have just gotten a Unoa, I would have had to return it.

      1st order, Monique gold 7/8 black and gold buttercup wig. I had wanted to order some Guessdoll clothes as well, but they were unfortunately sold out. They contacted me very quickly about it, apologizing and asking if I wanted to order something different instead or not. I decided to just stick with the wig though.

      2nd order, Dollzone 7/8 shortcake wig, Bobobie MSD black boots

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy - within one day of placing my order, was billed through Paypal.

      How long did it take to ship?
      Roughly 4 days, for both orders.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Yes. I wasn't really expecting to pay 17ish dollars for either wig, but once I received both, I was more than happy with both of them - very, very good quality.
      For the boots, they were 15ish dollars, and I was more than happy with that. I've heard of some boots being incredibly expensive, but the ones from DenverDoll were just perfect for my uses.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes.
      The Monigue wig didn't have as much of the highlighting as I had expected, or as the sample pic did, but it was an understandable difference.
      The Dollzone wig was virtually identical, a little bit brighter than the pics though, which I was happy for.
      The boots ended up being a little more girly than the pics had shown, but that was better for me anyway, since I'm saving the boots for my mini girl who is on the way.

      Extremely! Will definitely do business with Denverdoll again.
