      1. It was a pre-order, so it took 6 weeks to get to DDE :( and then a week to get to me.

      Definitely. They're both siblings and they're so adorable that I can't regret my purchase at all.

      Oh man...Puki's resin is so pretty. And I'm in love with my Hid, even though he doesn't have a face-up yet.

      Yes. Definitely. :D The only iffy thing is that Hid is a little floppy...he keeps on dropping Puki (his beloved little sister!). :o But I think I'm gonna order a double jointed body for him...yes, ready to splurge so soon again. ;)

      Two pairs of Dale Rae shoes in MSD size, and a Gracefaerie corset pattern, also MSD sized.

      November 7th I believe.

      Very good, e-mails were next day

      I'm not sure, since it was a Christmas present to me, and therefore I was supposed to have selective amnesia. :lol:

      Yes, the shoes were for sure, although the pattern seemed a bit expensive.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Yes

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      Yes, however I was accidentally sent a pair of SD sized shoes rather then MSD sized.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      My mother had simply wrapped the box as it had arrived for Christmas, so I didn't realize that the shoes were the wrong size until I took one out of the bag it came in to put on my girl's foot on Christmas morning. I e-mailed Denver Doll and explained the problem, and the next day (the 26th) they sent me a very apologetic e-mail, and offered to refund my money or send me the correct size, telling me I could keep the SD-sized shoes I was sent, since they didn't feel it would be worth shipping them back. Today (the 27th) I was told that my shoes were mailed out, and that she'd double checked the size this time.
      I'm very satisfied with Denver Doll's customer service, I'd order from them again.

      Great. They kept me informed every step of the way. They've very polite and informative.

      Oct 31st around there.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Easy. I used paypal. You just have to wait for them send the invoice =3

      How long did it take to ship?
      Well baring waiting for DZ to actually get the doll to the States, and the Sunday in the middle of the ship time, it actually took about 4 days. I used the UPS method. I should point out, if you're in the US, you can pick your shipping method with DDE.

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      Definitely!

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Stock DZ photos, but yes, it did.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      I was very satisfied.

      DDE is a great place to order from, very easy to deal with.

      It took about 6 weeks to get to DDE and then two days to get to my friend's house.

      Oh yes! A lot lighter than I expected.

      Yes. I can't wait to give her a face up tomorrow!

      Very easy - I used a credit card, chose whatever shipping I wanted, and it was charged the full amount with s&h cost included without a problem.

      I ordered on a Sunday so they shipped it out the next day on a Monday. I got it in the mail today, a Thursday. Very quick. I also just chose the cheapest, first class USPS shipping too.

      Yes. I think what I got was worth more than the price just because everything went well.

      The only thing different is that some minor details in the picture looked purple but what I got was actually black.

      Wonderful, as is always the case with DDE.

      Simple. And I was delighted to have a 4-month layaway option on him since he was a tad pricey.

      About half a day from the moment they got him in to reaching my doorstep (I only live 75 miles away but they had him in the UPS truck *instantly*)

      I can't even begin to say enough about this doll. Fabulous.

      * How was the communication? The communication was excellent! I phone called them and they let me know exactly what I could do for layaway. They were quick to respond to email and took wonderful care of my questions.
      * How easy was it to pay? Very easy. I simply sent both of my installments for both layaway and final payment through paypal.
      * How long did it take to ship? Two weeks after they recieved the doll from the DZ company.
      * Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion? Extremely. I paid for what I earned, and that was for a perfect and shiny-new dollfie with great faceup and was handled like an angel through shipment.
      * Did the item look like the sales pictures? Dollfies are always subject to look different than the model in the picture for show, so he didn't look exactly like the photo, but he certainly looked similiar. In my opinion, I think he looked better than the sales picture~

      I got the shipping email on Monday afternoon, after I paid. I received the package on Wednesday.

      Not exactly--I bought the 'Hypnotic' eyes, and the ones I received look a bit more like the 'Watercolor' eyes...more like petals and less like a spiral--though they are definitely the colour of the 'Hypnotic' eyes. I put this down to the eyes all being hand-made, though, so of course they will vary. I really like the look of the ones I got, so I'm not complaining. I also ordered the 'Spirit Dove' eyes, and those look just like the pics...only 1000x more gorgeous. XD
