  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum. Different dolls for the same character?

    1. I actually ended up creating a character off a doll (DZ Choco) because I fell in love with the sculpt but I only feel like I can justify wanting a doll if it's for a pre-determined character. Since Choco is a YO-SD the character was meant to be a child. Buuut then I gave in to temptation and grew him up a bit, creating an older version of that character which I later found an MSD sculpt for, but it would still be fun to have both a kid version and an older version of the same character! (I did this with another YO-SD that I made a character out of to be in the same story as the first, and also found an older sculpt for him). Though I'm pretty sure I'd get the older versions first and would only get the younger ones if I was totally loaded (which will be like never) c':

    2. I had Amir as both MSD and SD for awhile, and considered getting a chibi version as an 11cm Obitsu. Now, I'm just back to having the MSD version. I decided I don't need so many dolls, especially when I just kind of think of him as a retired keepsake doll instead of active in my crew..

    3. For a long time I thought of having a chibi version of my MSD girl to act as her inner voice and her true feelings as she is the shy type but in the end I didn't feel like it and preferred to make her speak more. But I think it would be a really funny idea to see and I hope I will be able do it for another character in the future.
