Yes you can because when I ordered my rena elf I got her a sleeping head. Alice's collection accidentally ordered her with human ears so I had to wait another month to get my sleeping elf rena ^___^.

Are there any plans for a 5 jointed body in say a 1/4 or 1/3 female? I LOVE the range of pose-ability offered by this jointing arrangement. I REALLY hope so cause that would just be perfect for my little girl dolls [2 doll of one person] who..well she's called MoUSE for a reason. She curls into the fetal position often to hide and to sleep. Though I wouldn't be suprised if there were no such plans due to size/space issues.
