Jeshii: I love your Yolanda! Great faceup!! Maxtastic, your boy is really wonderful! I like his colours! I'd like to share new pictures of my Blanca ghost girls, now I've finished Mina's faceup to match her sister:
Oh, they look great together! I really like the face-up, it has good balance and the details are so nicely done!
where the boys at? I only saw 1 photo of 1 boy( he's a cutie pie btw) does anyone one masu? thinking of buying him.
I'm here to join the party! Well, I was stupid enough to look at a fullset Rena elf and she told me she was coming home. She's the one with the pink hair and green outfit. I'm looking forward to having a less buxom girl in mini size.
I think the boys aren't around that much, or at least I haven't seen them. They're awesome, though! Oh yes, they sneak up on you like that Congrats!! I have a human Rena, but the elf version is great too, especially the fullset! I mean, those ears and the pink/green combo *swoon
Hi may I ask if the Dikadoll's body is double jointed or single joint, and how's the company's resin quality ? does it yellow fast ?
Hello elinate! The body is double jointed. My Sidda is tan and I keep her in a fairly sunny room (no direct sunlight) and I haven't noticed any change in resin color since I got her last summer. I'm not sure about other skin types, though.
I only personally own WS dikadolls and I have noticed that the head I kept out has turned a little creamier the first year I had her. However It's a very nice color and at the moment is very stable with no change during the second year.
Hi, I thought I would post a picture of my Rena. She's my first BJD, I got her last month and she's just adorable! She came with the faceup done, since I don't feel comfortable doing it myself yet and on such an expensive doll.
Maxtastic & Invie,Thanks for the information, it was helpful to let me know the quality and the body joints of the company's doll! It was very useful! ^^
AnimeAngel, did your doll arrive as promised? I'd love to see some photos. Elonni, your Rena is beautiful. I was afraid to do my first face-up, but as long as you seal your doll before you start, you run no risk of staining the resin. Though the factory face-up looks gorgeous on you girl. Here's a little spam:
Maxtastic, your doll is nicely posed and the tan colour looks so good! Thanks for the spam! elonni, face-upping is really fun, I recommend trying it! Also, there is nothing to fear if you do proper research behorehand. Heh, though, I'm actually beginner too.
hey everyone thought i'd pop up a new pic of little nelly may she is a yolanda sculpt and i hope you all like it
