Dim Minimee Update & Talk Part 1

so what female bodies are compatible with the current minime head-sizes?

 

aimee: The current female heads should have a neck hole that fits the neck circumference of the minimee girl bodies.. I can't remember it off the top of my head, but the DIM site should have measurments ^^

 

Ok Guys I need an honest opinion.

I'm now thinking about ordering a minimee of Yours Truly.
Do you think my funny mug would be suitable?

Edit: This is driving me nuts now, you look like someone famous, your eyes and your lips, and I'm sure she has dark hair as well, but... aaagh, can't think! Do you ever get told you look like someone?

 

I was told I looked like Geena Davis (BeetleJuice) when I was 18.
When my hair was long & straight and I had bangs, I was told I looked like Demi Moore when I was 24.
I've gotten Andie MacDowell when my hair was long and curly
...even Kate Winslet when I break out in my big, gummy, lipsticked smile.
My mother insists I look like a brunette Sharon Stone. Yah, right.

The Grecian Nose has what I call the "Catalano Hump". All my Italian relatives sport it. I've learned to like it afterwhile. (thank you, Nan)
She is my Italian grandmother who passed away last year. I think I look most like her....

Definitely go for it - you're drop dead gorgeous to my eye. And I could see the Geena Davis resemblance....

 

I have an April head and I can JUST squeeze his fat head into an SD Volks wig. But the long wavy Monique wig I have stretches nicely to fit over his head. It takes a little tugging but it fits well:

And in the Volks wig -- This one takes a lot of work to get on. O_O;;


So... I think the best thing to do is to get wigs with adjustable bands or ones that are stretchy.

BP's eye holes are TINY!!! 16mm doesn't show any white at all. I've already started to mod him by sanding his cheeks and opening those eyes a bit. ^^;; I don't want to turn the head into BP so it's all good to me. XP

and iamsiam71 I think you have that 1940's classic beauty to you. like they were saying, that old movie look, very interesting, you don't find many people with your facial structure anymore that I've seen at least. I think it'd be a lot of fun to see you in resin!

Thanks KeikoChan for the comment on my photos! I still have yet to hear back from Denny; I think he's really busy getting everyones' heads out this week. Including my Nastassja!! Yippee!!!
