Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023.     3. I've been looking at Brad Pitt's head pictures and the resin doesn't seem "pinkish" to me.....
      I'm getting my minimee heads in a few days and I have a Domuya Flexi Perennial body (Finn's) I'm hoping will match. I mean, REALLY hoping....
      From what I've been reading in past posts, the majority's been saying that Domuya resin is not really a good match to minimee resin. That minimee resin is pinkish.
      From what I can see from Kobatastic's BP head, it looks the same tone to me.
      Can you help me, Kobatastic and describe the resin to me? Is it exactly as it's pictured in today's posts? Or is it pinkish?
      I'm obssessing I know but I just love the Domuya body I have....

    6. I'd say it's more yellow than pink... compared to my DIM Archernar and my DOD, it's much more yellow.

      But is that the definite new colour? Isn't the old batch colour different?

    9. I'd say the old batch isn't that different from the new... yeah... lemme take a pic for you. I just did a new face-up on my extra head, so now he looks like Jareth too. I want to sell my extra head so I can get more minimees. Even though it makes me sad to do it.

    14. OMG! *Insert fangirl-y-ness here...oO* Those headphones are perfect! Like, perfect on sooo many levels!! WOOOOOW! I really can't wait for them to come out! Will they just be finished by the end of this month or will they be on sale by then, too? Do you know anything about what they'll be priced yet? I'm going to be getting my first doll this month (Sanyu, MNF Shushu) and she would love those headphones so much... It'd be great to get them for her in time for Christmas. ^_^

      Will you be making them for MSD? *Hopefully before Christmas*?

      I can definetly see that the minimee is slightly yellow (not like yellowed french resin,though) than it is pink.
      I think the match will be close after all.

    16. The NS Domuya I have are a mid/dark NS colour (this same colour depth as current CP Luts) which I have been told matches Volks pure skin and that Minimee resin was quite pale? If Minimee resin was as pale or paler than my quite pale Dollmore, say, my Dollmore head would look rather odd on on Domuya without a lot of blushing for example ... I am awaiting for the Minimee body which should arrivein 2 weeks time or so and can do a comparison for you if you wish (the heads will probably take a month longer to arrive ...).

    17. i think when I finally get mine, i'll try for the dollshe body, as it's taller, and does match the minimee resin from what I've remembered hearing, correct me if I'm wrong... I can be pretty stupid at times XP

    19. Okay, I've compared my MiniMee resin with quite a few others so these are my findings:

      Dollshe NS = near perfect match, pale & slightly yellowy.
      Dollmore NS = pale, but more pink-toned
      Volks Pureskin Normal & CP Realskin = slightly darker, more peachy-yellow
      Domuya NS & CP NS = much darker and peachy-pink


      of course, this is with the understanding that the new MiniMee resin is pretty similar to the first few batches, Denny said they weren't very noticeably different in tone
