Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Its always wierd to see the minimee heads finally placed on bodies of people that I am familar with their fleshy selves. It takes some getting used to. :lol:

    9. Yeah... the BP probably could wear 12 mm... He could definately wear 14 for sure.
      His eye holes were filed using a small needle file with a gentle curve to it, then smoothed out with 400 and 600 grit sand paper.

    11. I think the size of eyes a minimee has depends on the person. BP has tiny, squinty little eyes in real life so I figure that's why his sculpt had such small eye holes. My Yoshiki Minimee takes 16mm just perfectly like all my other SD dolls. So I mean, if you pick a celebrity that has smaller eyes, then the eye holes are more likely to be small and take smaller sized eyes, otherwise I would really assume that most Minimees will take 14 or 16mm.
      Denny would definitely be able to answer for sure... this is just my logic and thinking and it could be totally off. XD;;

      Can anyone make a recommendation to me on a realistic looking faceup artist for my minimee?

      Once she arrives, I'm going to order the eyes, and wigs for her (I've been waiting until I have her, so I know I get the exact correct size).

      I'm just so excited that I'm screwing everything up!!!
      Congrats, Sabriell!!
      Anyway, just got my heads and all I can say is wow wow WOW!!!

      I nearly drove off the road trying to pry the box open...

      I'm safely home now and I am pleased to report that:
      1. My heads WILL match my Domuya Fin Perennial body. The resin on minimee is slightly lighter BUT the same creamy tone. Once the head is painted and coated, there will be no difference.
      2. My heads will also match my Limwha Half Elf body. The resin on the Half Elf is slightly pinker BUT with subtle blushing, again, the difference will be hardly noticeable.
      3. The size of the heads are PERFECT! They look in perfect proportion on my Perennial Flexi body. I haven't put the minimee of Half-Elf since my biggest concern was the match on the Domuya body since I LOVE that body the best!
      4. The sculpt is incredible, just perfect. They captured Nastassja's features perfectly. The profile is just amazing with her high cheekbones, full lips and long elegant nose. I cannot wait to paint her!

      I will post my finding in lots of spams later on so everyone can see the resin matches as reference.

      Thanks for the resin comparison thoughts. Now I'm kicking myself for not getting a second Flexi Perennial body while they were on sale. I'm hoping the Supia body will work though. With the size of the head, does it seem like this batch of minimee's need to go on a taller body, like the Perennial?

      *is freaking out, because my minimee could get delivered any minute*

      BTW, I did figure out what was up with my tracking. At the end of the number, there is supposed to be a KR, and mine just had an R. I tried doing a search adding the K, and found out where my package was!
