Dim Minimee Update & Talk Part 1

Squinty tiny eyes and a VERY wide jawline? Maybe because I have always considered him amazingly beautiful that always flew by me..... Though looking at the head now I can see they did him more recently, which is a shame, because he does look like he's over the hill, finally. I'll just have someone sand the face a bit to make him look younger. No prob. I still really am looking forward to getting it.

You know its funny, but I guess that's the price of being famous is your mug is out there to be picked apart, whereas if your apart of a community you can be ugly as sin and still be told how pretty you are. I am certainly glad I am not a celebrity!

Thanks! Mm, I actually used black plastic earsticks, and melted them to shape and then trimmed them to the right length... as for the cones, those are from real piercing jewellery (though I think they might be a tad too big, grr).

XB I'm planning to give him a really crazy faceup--- I found an old picture of Shun from Jils in one of my Jrock mags where he's got one eye normal and smokey while the other's painted red with a cat-eye contact. It's so awesome. XD Might look hella weird on BP, but we'll see. I could always use a half-demon to go along with Baios! >D

His tattoos are seriously gonna drive me nuts though, and I think I just might jump out the window when they start to rub off and I have to redo them

Okay I gave Aoi a new faceup today, gave him his lip piercing and I modded a wig to look like his real hairstyle~!

You know what I think would be really neat? I bet this has already been mentioned in this monster of a thread (albeit a loveable monster), and if that's the case bare with me!

There was some talk about what people were going to do with their second head. A lot of people already have plans for theirs, but it seems there are still many that are undecided.

I think it would be neat if there were Mini Me head swaps.

For instance, some mentioned possibly looking to sell their second head in the future. It was mentioned how it would potentially be a bit creepy if your Mini Me were a sculpt of you. I don't think it creepy, myself, well... A bit, but creepy in a good way. So many people here just made such lovely dolls, and I'm sure there have been a lot of members who have thought to themselves "Wow, they'd be perfect for the character I have planned". But, maybe they didn't want to say it because it is akin to saying "I like your head." And that really is weird.

But head swapping... That makes both parties weird, and thus, no one is weird in the end. They're equal, and thus perfectly normal.

I still have yet to order my two planned Mini-Mes, but one will be myself, and a swap would totally be something I'd consider. I think it would offer such nice variety without having to go through the fuss of a purchase and the stigma of buying someones, basically a random someones... Well, head.

haha well I have this necklace with a very small chain to it, and I cut one of the rings in half, and for the little bud I used silverfoil/tinfoil and rolled it up VERY tight.
And oops I think I did miss your other question XD
But I use a Senior Delf body, and I have a Souldoll Double body {Zii} on the way ^_^

 

Oh, tinfoil! Interesting~ I thought of using clay but was wondering how to make it look metallic black... After seeing your boy's realistic piercing I've decided Miyavi's is definitely oversized and needs to be redone

Also... omg you ordered Zii!!! He's on my wishlist, am gonna be putting up some heads for sale soon to afford him. You lucky lucky girl, you've got an entire harem of sexy boys (p.s. let us know how the resin match is when he arrives!)
