Dim Minimee Update & Talk Part 1

I really want a half Snake girl but I take it you dont do the bodies,
I would love a snake girl ^^;;; my Orginal Character Neque wants to be a dolly ^^;

I finally finished Sakito, so as a thank you for Denny here is a picture of him.

 

Has there been any updates on the female Minimee body?

 

I don't think they're making a female one anymore, Jade.

 

Ack! But will the resin still match? The DIM body seems perfect for the doll I'm planning.

 

I was looking at their website yesterday and it was posted at the end of August that a female body is in the works.
I emailed Denny this morning and asked him about a female body so maybe I can give you an answer yay or nay tomorrow.

 

I actually asked Denny not too long ago, and he said, as of right now, they are NOT making a female Minimee body. They may consider it again in the future, but not now.

 

I'm guessing that part of the reason is that so many of the Minimees are boys. Maybe as there are more female Minimee heads floating around out there it will make more sense for them to develop a female body. -shrugs- who knows. I won't give up hope.

Milla is going to need a body.

(I set up a Milla Jovovich GO in case anyone's interested.)

Indeed, I have plans for a female Minimee and I'd love the body to go with it. Hopefully, if there's a future option for a female body, more people will place female head orders. (The event head idea for it was really popular as well, so I definitely think there's call for it.)

 

you know, i've had it in mind to start sculpting naga bodies soon to replace the lower half of a prexisting doll D: to be cast in resin and ect,ect,blah blah blah ._.; i wonder if theres a market for them if i'm successful..

He's soooo pale! I will have to find someway to dye the whole doll just to get his skin tone right. Overall, I'm very happy with him. I can't wait to have time to play with him and make his clothes and find someone for his faceup.

One eye looks like it got pushed in when it was clay. His eyes want to go two different directions. I'm sure I can bevel it a bit to make it better. After Angelgaurdian gets hers, I'll post photos of him. That way she can still be surprised when she opens hers.

 

My girl isn’t "technically" a Naga ^^ she’s more a Snake Eel mermaid creature, but its more or less the same thing lol ^^ I just didn’t know what word to use to describe her that people would know what I was talking about ^^

I would be very interested if a Snake lower half COULD be made, be it from scratch or added onto an existing body, I think there would be a market ^^ I know a few friends who would want them ^^

I always wondered though how you would work around the problem of getting them able to sit up on there tails? I would probably be looking at like DZ Boy size? Or even Delf size ^_^

If you decide to have a go at making them I would be really interested!! ^__^

 

Well, as long as the body comes along at some point. The heads wont be getting to us until next year anyhew, so hopefully around the the body will be in the works.
