Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.       Since we carry Buddydoll and DZ at our store ( the tall boys, muahaha) I thought I'd take some pics. Don't have a WS DZ to try it on, but here's the Johnny Depp head on a Buddy doll body. ^_^

      I still have to get him a face up. I can't make up my mind which Johnny I want.. O_O

    12. The resin may not match, but the head size looks a lot better than the smaller bodies!! I’ve noticed the minimee heads are much larger than most 60cm bodies sometimes they look too big!!

    13. aangita: JD, Brad Pitt and to some extent my Kyo's heads have really angular jawlines - which is perfect for them, but very different from most dolls. So that's one of the reasons they look a bit odd on SD bodies.

      I'm anticipating that Toshiya will look fine on an SD body, as his jawline is softer ^^ But.. ahaha, I want him on a bigger body XD Typical!

    14. Yes yes, I have noticed that too!! And after seeing some of the those dolls on bodies I began to look at people and I was like, “Man! Their jaw lines come far out like some of the minimee jaw lines!” {not trying to be mean, just observant!}

      I think so many SD’s faces have such small everything {except eyes!} in comparison to real people that seeing such realistic dolls takes some times to get used too!

      {{Kazzii… you just want Toshiya to tower over Kyo and dangle a feather calling him Kyo-the-Kitty-chan!! :sweat }

    15. aangita: Yeah, more dolls definitely do have smaller features. At first I was afraid I wouldn't like my minimees because I'm used to that.. but I do :3 I got used to Kyo almost immediately!

      And... nooo... :sweat I just want him to be leggy and able to beat the others at basket ball.. >__>;

    17. Now that's getting more like it!!! These men need broad, manly bodies, not thin little boy bodies. ;) Is there a color choice or is that the normal color that he's wearing?

      What is the DZ white resin like? I have a 70cm DZ boy here, but in normal skin. The size looks nice but the color match is not good.

    18. The Dollmore Model bodies are supposed to be a very good resin match, there's a picture in the comparison thread somewhere. Dollmore are selling the bodies seperately until the end of December, as well!
