Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. Well it depends on how he measures, how far down the back of the head and the angle hopefully there is a way to measure with a standard wig such as this fits a volks wig SD size but not the nono head size for instance. I guess head size is not easy or resin matching if you don't have volks and other dolls and wigs from different companies to try.

    6. I;m hoping to be able to catch an SD 16 body next time a boy is released (do a split) so that I can put my minimee boy (the scarred boy) on that body. The resin difference isn;t too bad imho, and it;s nothing that can;t be covered by high collar Victorian clothing! :D

    7. My heads (SD-sized) fit KonDoll's 7-8 inch wig perfectly. But it's a snug fit, so I think she leans more on the 7 inch side.

      I'm gonna play it safe and get my wigs customized.

    8. Hi ~ all.
      About the head size, Yes, we did enlarge the head overall.
      However, as you all know, the size is not all same because this is realistic heads based on real people.
      So it really depends on the real person.
      I measure the Circumference of the surface(the middle).
      Most of April minimees are about 9 inches big.
      (Feb order = about 8.5inch, I don't remember exactly)
      Aimee's minimee = about 9.5 inch for bigger size.

      We will try to accept various size in the future. At the moment, we are not ready yet ^^

      Here is my idea, if you are looking for celebrity heads.
      You can find somebody to order together. It can save your money little bit.
      (I can't accept many copies since I am not selling this as commercial, I am taking right money for our labor force)

      However, I've got many inquiries about it from customers and perhaps I can accept some quanity for you.(My English is poor, I can't express things very well. Sad ~~)

    9. Annika: Mine was from the first batch, and my Kstarr 9-10" wigs fit but sometimes threaten to pop off...

      Denny: Ever since you first mentioned custom accessories, I've been dying to get a proper manual camera in doll size! Just to let you know I'm sure there will be many people interested ^_^

    11. My Angie heads arrived this morning; they are from the April preorder and I did not request faceups. I will take some pictures later.

      I am very happy with the sculpt, the face is beautiful and detailed and has a great likeness to Angelina Jolie. I asked that the eyes fit 14mm and they are perfect for the Special eyes I ordered from Ginarolo. Back of the head is a bit large, but when I tried some wigs on I realised that this is good for making the wigs fit so its a positive thing.

      My only gripes are that there is no slot or cradle inside the head for the s-hook, and the neckhole is gigantic.. even too big for the SD16 girl body. I guess I will look forward to seeing what the Minimee bodies will look like.

      Anyway, overall I am very, very, very happy with what I've got :D

    12. Yeah, I have the same problem. The s hook pops off when my doll turns her head and the head falls off! I did a quick fix by putting a paper clip through the string to stop it. Maybe the new DIM body will be compatible than the SD10 body I'm using.

    14. Aimee, yeah I have some of those things around but couldn't find any just then.

      I forgot to say before that the skintone is a good match for both Dollmore and for my UV protect SD16 girl body.

    15. Yeah, I purchased two sets a while ago, and it works fine. I didn't end up sticking with it though, I just purchased a larger s-hook from ace hardware and the head sticks in perfectly. I pulled the strings through with the puller and then put in the hook.

    16. Oh ~ I can make the hole for people to make the S-hook stable.
      It's easy to make the hole, just in the middle you can make some hole with any sharpened tool.

    20. I have tried this, but the inside of my girl's head is so small and tight, I cannot actually manuever any tools inside to make a groove for the S-hook. :sweat
