Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I'm sure it wouldn't be hard at all finding an artist around here. I know there are several in this thread even, myself included. Is it a certain look that you want, and you just don't have pictures to show it?

    2. Yes I have this problem with a female head.
      I know what I want her to look like, but I can´t find the right pictures to show Denny.
      Very frustrated, cause I would love to own a mature looking female and not so sweet looking, like most of the female BJD´s.



      At Denny: How long does it usually take for the heads to arrive at their owner's house??
      Cause I would like to take some days off to welcome them here haha XD

    3. We are having a holiday right now and I will back to office next Thursday.

      Some of minimees are arrived but I don't know whose minimee they are and more will be coming in 10 days.

      So I don't know exact time of shipping yet due to I am at home right now.

      Anyway, it won't take so long after holiday.

    5. Don't feel guilty about asking for modifications if you don't think it's just the way you want it. No point receiving it and then having the 'wrong' bits bug the hell out of you till you have to send it away to a modder or feel as though you have to live with the imperfections always glaring out at you. You're paying for the modification service anyway, so you might as well get it all done before it's cast~

      I asked for my head to be modified because I found some parts were just not similar to the original person, and I'm very glad I did because I love him now :aheartbea This is, at the end of the day, a job for most of them... at least it's not like their own creations which you're asking to change, this was made specially for you and so you should make sure it's just the way you want it ;)

    6. I didn't feel guilty at all. I am paying good money for a doll and I want it done right. I don't feel that I am being that picky - the nose wasn't anything at all right, it was massive. So I don't feel that I am hurting the artists feelings by requesting some modifications. There was a lot of good points too. The forehead was amazingly done, it looked so good! Most of the sculpts that I have seen on here turned out so well, that its just to be expected to have some turn out not right and have mod requests. :)

      Re : Modification

      No, you shouldn't feel anything about it.(Don't worry)
      If the request is too difficult, I will say ^^ it's difficult. anyway.
      With my experience, most of modification requests were absolutely fine.

      But in case of requesting the position of the eyes or similar request is difficult as we have to change whole thing. Maybe better to create another one. So When I receive request of modification, I check myself for my team and decide if it will work or not.

      Also, I take no further modification fee if I think the sculpt doesn't look like the owener or when my team make a mistake such as front two teeth should have been created instead of two Vampire teeth.

      So Please do not feel anything wrong for your modification, you pay what you are asking for and I will reply all the questions.

    9. Well, it's really a certain look that I find myself always photoshopping BJDs to be more like. A combination of a small Narae-like nose. A long, squarish jaw. (Kinda like Lu-Wen) And larger eyes that are just a bit larger than normal size, but aren't as wide as the Delfs...

      So far the closest sculpt would require so much modding... And I just noticed his eyes are off-center, too! (The OD Il sculpt. I like the face, but I notice so many "flaws" with it. It's frustrating.)

      I wonder how much money I should commission someone for? I want someone good...

    12. Umm... eek. Actually, the chin is the only part that is not a perfect match to my facial features. Maybe I need to see about having that modified if it looks that masculine. I don't want my minimee to look like a boy :(

      I have plans for both heads.

    13. haha yeah... That's good. I wonder if you'll have them before the next meet! I'm excited to see them in person. It's your call on the chin, It could also be the fact that most dolls are so stylized that to see an actual feature on a doll that's not stylized throws me off lol. I think they look great, though it's your call at this point.

      If I don't understand much, I ask customers for more specific detailes of explanation with photoshop.
      In your case, I think I understood and it's not difficult.
      Just let me know if you don't like the nose after the modification. ^^

    20. Denny, as long as we're all being a bit greedy here about ordering different grins and horns and ears....what about hands???

      I would love to have a sword-holding hand and a fan-holding hand, for instance. Is that possible? Maybe a lot of other people would be interested in something like that as well.
