  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     1. He looks like he's made of the same type of resin the other Unidolls are made of . . . which looks like french resin, but I don't think anyone's 100% sure that it is. I've only seen the UH-08 in person, and compared with my French resin Narin, his resin was less transluscent than Narin's (maybe just because of color), but was definitely not like the opaque [urethane?] resin that other dolls are made of.

    2. I think even with a "happy" faceup, this guy will look mature and moody. I took the plunge, so it will be interesting to see how he looks when I've painted him, next to Le Comte, my angsty Bermann. :roll:

    6. Yup the site is fine for me too; mind you, it's been a few hours now. I was showing his pictures on there to a work colleague this afternoon and she wanted to know why all men don't come equiped with a six pack like his. :lol:

    7. He is a very manly doll, in my opinion. I don't think that any other male BJD (that I've seen) can top him... once again.. thats just my opinion. I cannot wait to get him. Even though I'm in a crunch for money, so much as I'm selling one of my dolls, I couldn't pass him up. I'm just thankful my mom is going to help me get him and that Dolls n Friends have layaway XD

    8. The other thing to consider.... if this is the first in the series of realistic dolls from Unidoll.... well the mind boggles and the credit cards cringe! But this boy/man is coming home to me.. I just couldnt resist. I just fear what they put out next!!!!! I was really trying (and doing a pretty good job) in getting this passion for BJDs under control. Then someone releases a "must have"...grrrrrr....

    9. Yes, the site is back up and now I'm in this should-I? panic! :) I know he's fantastic, and I'll love him, but it will lead me to...what girl do I need to get for him. I don't think I can handle another couple in the house! Really, it's insanity... And I love my Aleric, and I wonder if they'll seem too similar. Although...they could be brothers.     16. Yes! 14mm eyes. Perfect eyes size. And that nose, like so many have said before me, that nose and those cheeks! Having lived with a Bermann for awhile and having adored it's nose but severely hating the rest of that bjd, this is so much better.

      I'll just sand down the thighs. Better to have more than not enough as in the unfortunate case of the Dollshe boys. You can always, and very easily, remove instead of painstakingly add on.

      Since he's not limited I'm glad so many have bought him. Hopefully someone bought one that has no body blushing or face up. That'll be the real moment of truth for me. Owner photos of a blank.

    19. I have the "what next" fear, too. I already want 4 of their Limited dolls but I was just overcome with love (or was it lust?) for Jace that I couldn't wait. However, I did put him on layaway myself because I missed out on the December Supia Rhoda order and was hoping to get in on the next one.

      I pose this question because I'm sooooooooooo tempted but without viewing him eye to eye I can't tell if we'll be soulmates.
