1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Discussion Thread: Erfolg Plus Optional Parts

Sep 29, 2009

    1. I haven't been to Dollpa in a while, and it really just depends on what dealers are there. I've seen people selling things like mermaid tails, jointed hands, wings, optional heads, their own BJDs that they've made, etc... so I'd be surprised if Volks had a problem with these particularly. I haven't seen the double jointed parts in person though.

    2. Ohhh........Thats really cool! :D I really hope I can get to a Dolpha one day then!!

<3 *prays for Erfolg to release MSD parts untill then.........*

    3. I guess the hh feet would work on the flat-foot SD16 legs too if you want to have an ankle joint there...

I'd love to get some SD13 boy arms in white when they release them, but I hope they will sell the upper arm as well as the lower arm and elbow.

Why did Minawa stop making those legs and heads and things? I have the legs and they are quite nice.

    4. As best I can tell from her online diary, she's moved entirely into art-doll and miniature figure sculpting, with a sideline in cellphone straps and charms. If she gave any hint in her diary about whether she just lost interest in BJDs, or whether something happened to change her focus, I couldn't pick it up from my limited Japanese + online translators. One day (maybe in the spring of 2008? I've lost track of the timeline), I visited the Minawadou website, but it was gone--there was only a redirect to a new URL. The new site has a totally different design and URL: http://www.ukagentou.com/. The only traces of Minawa's BJD-related work I can find there are images of the seiza legs and unjointed forearms in her doll gallery--it's as if the heads she sculpted had never existed.

This makes my Saiki triplets sad. :(

    5. It looks like Erfolg Plus has finished their SD13 boy jointed arm parts.
