does anyone knows good site for photo album which I can make private only?

I use Photobucket, they allow you to create private albums,
and they are free..XD

Just be warned that Photobucket will sometimes delete your photos if they're too nude. Even doll-nudes. :P (Even Michelangelo's David nude!)

But Photobucket is still a good free service, and you can make your albums private/ password-protected.

That's why I think it'd be such a gas to take a little mini-tough-guy like Mono and pierce the hell out of him & give him blue eyelashes. I dig Fractured Cute. (Like Mr. Angelic Scars, for instance; Amos is a cutie normally, but drain his skintone & give him a scar and he turns into something else. ^^) I would do that to a regular Mono if I wasn't so hooked on the Tan, I think.

But your doll family is great as-is, anyway. I know, it's always hard to plan characters & take chances on just the right sculpts, because you never do know what faces will be coming later on...

I solve that problem by never planning anything. XD When a doll is just the right man for my house, I don't go looking for him; he somehow lets me know. I didn't really expect Mano to be the one for me, but I could not ignore the call when it came. It was a casual sort of call from the cosmos... sounded a bit like "Hey, baby, bring me home!"

 

Oh, yes, I forgot Photobucket deletes photos -- but, not just nude ones, they'll
delete anything they consider 'inappropriate.' >_<;;


JennyNemesis, do you mean to say blue-eyelashes, and piercings are not tough? ^________^;;
Hombre doesn't have blue-eyelashes, I don't think I've ever seen any. Although, I would
love to own some, nothing beats dark-thick black eyelashes in my book! ^-^

I never planed my family either, I wouldn't own a mini and a tiny
if that was the case. I just wanted a single male-vampire doll, and
now look at me, spending money like if money grew on trees. XD
I'm a vegan, so spending money on "unnecessary" things, is like a sin
to (my parents mostly, and) me. ^-^;; I blame my recent bad habits on
this hobby of mine, even if my most outrageous purchases have
been on non-related items. XD

Although, I guess it could be worst, the only thing that saves me is that I have
weird taste apparently. With the exception of a 70cm-ish male-body,
I wont be getting anymore large dolls -- Sard was probably the only one
that I've truly recently fell for, and that didn't happened. >_<;;


Still hoping to own modded-vampire versions of for all of my resins so far, and
mostly hoping that Limhwa will make a dreaming/sleeping plate our Mano
(not elf-Mano), and optional claw hands!!! If you do get a tanned Mono, please
share photos of him with Stavros, I would love to see how they look together! ^______^

JennyNemesis, the same thing happened to me. I did not expect to want Mano, but he started to call me. Eventually I will save up enough money to get him. It will be awhile though. I just bought a narae60, and they are about as much as Mano. It’s a lot of money to spend and would like to space it out. But I do thing they are worth every penny.
Enzyme, I really look about these dolls as owning art, and being an artist myself just adds to them. I can use them as models for my art, which I love. I don’t think it’s a bad habit as long as it’s not taking over your life, and you’re maxing out your credit cards for them. You shouldn’t feel bad. Having a good piece of art is not a waist. Art is the stuff of life. I can’t imagine life without it. Hope I don’t sound too preachy.
Do you ever think about doing photostories with Homber. I would love to see them if you did them. Homber is such an interesting character to me, and I would love to learn more about his story. I hope you do someday.
I think dollmore might have blue eyelashes if you're looking for them.

 

laura121786, I look at these dolls as art as well. I consider myself an
art student for life! That's probably one of the main reasons
why I love dolls (in general) so much -- I find them extremely
inspirational, and beautiful! ^_____^

Sadly, I don't do photo-stories, I'm not a very talented writer. ^___^;;;
I'm so bad at writing, that dolls are all based on OC created by a
friend of mine, they are part of a story she wrote a long time ago.
She's also an artist (like I am). I fell in-love with her leading-male character,
from that story (the reason why I got my Paris), and that's how I
got so many dolls now. Hombre is part of that story as well, and he
does have a very interesting background; he's an ancient vampire High-priest
son of the head-vampire of his clan (almost considered royalty), and in fact most
of his piercings, and tattoos are part of ceremonial initiation/rituals of his priesthood.

I am very grateful that you find Hombre interesting, I don't plan on doing
any photo-stories with my dolls, because I lack the skills to write
a clever/entertaining piece (I'm also a bit lazy to create a storyboard just
to do a photo-story with my dolls). But, you are more than welcomed to see a
short version of his bio in the Mano database.

Did you make that necklace for him? It&#8217;s beautiful. I have done beading on a loom, but noting that intricate.
I know how you feel about men, but I figure women aren&#8217;t gems themselves so I like to give men some slack. I have not found a compatible man yet, and I too will probably be single for a long time too. I will always have my dolls and animal to keep me company , well until I die, and no, I do not plan on being buried with my dolls. &#8216;
I use to wish my cat wood turn into prince charming, like the frog prince. Wouldn&#8217;t it be great if that would happen to your doll.

 

Waa! ;;__;; How could anybody ever call such a regal beauty "offensive" or "ugly"? Our Hombre is the silvery blue sex-god with the eternal stare! And I am loving his necklace... it makes him look very royal, for some reason, and it goes beautifully with his shiny piercings. It is wonderful to see him again. I love glam people, and I especially love guys in makeup & lace who you know could break your neck with one hand.

Yes, I think he will enjoy blue eyelashes if somebody gave them to him! I never would've thought that Mano's narrow little eyesockets could hold two sets of lashes, but voila Hombre. It's amazing, they both fit & you can still see his eyes!

(PS. The shame about people (men or women) is that you have to go out with a lot of unworthy jerks whom you wouldn't boil water for, before you find a single good one. Keep trying. XD)

Yes, I agree, women are not always that great either. I would have actually loved to have been
born a male, just because it would be nice to walk around shirt-less during hot summer days,
and feel no guilt, or shame about doing so (it would also be kind of nice to answer the door in
my underwear for a change *just kidding*). XD


JennyNemesis, thank you very much! I know there have to be people who find Hombre a bit
too shocking, or 'crude' to be 'pretty.' Just like there are people who can't tolerate non-human
animals, even though most are cuddly adorable innocent beings -- there are also those who
abuse of them. Which is depressing, but as I was once told "all things are subjective," even cruelty,
and beauty. To me Hombre is beautiful and 'regal' as you mentioned, but to others he's probably
the ugliest thing they've ever seen, and I'm fine with that. ^______^ It would probably be a boring
place if we all thought the same way. I am very grateful for all the awesome comments he receives
from you, "silvery blue sex-god with the eternal stare," I don't think I've ever received a comment
that could possibly beat that! (I love 'angry' eyebrows, and threatening stares!) 3333

For the other bit, I think I'll stay single, better have my freedom while I can (and I get to spend
