I just got my Limwha Mano and I must say except for some small things I wish to change in his body design and face; eyebrows to close and frowning and his legs/hip area won't allow for a proper sitting position. His one flaw I think the company needs to address is part 2 of his torso and part 3 of torso do not have enough excess lip area to keep him together per say. Part 2 pops out of part 3 and that is not fun as I worry the popping could cause damage to either or both pieces. They should have made more of a lip area, maybe even a rounded section on 2 that fit into 3 better so posing esp even sitting could be nicer to see with him undressed as well as dressed. If Limwha was smart they would rethink his design in this area and issue a chance for those of us with first ones a deal on exchanging that part so ours and all future ones could sit and pose so much better. Do any of you think your's is like this or is it just me?

    6. There are "butt scoops" in Mano just like the Limhwa Half Elf.. what you do is take a look at the tops of the leg parts, and you will see two scooped out areas.. these hook into the lower torso, and you can rotate them to allow proper sitting position. If you'd like me to take pics, I can do that. A lot of the new Half Elf and Human owners didn't know about this feature until I posted some pics on that thread. I'm sorry, I should have done it here too! If you just try to "sit" him without using the scoops, it might be a bit frustrating without knowing how that works.

      With the torso, we have been able to get him to sit fine.. there will be a gap in the back according to the angle of his "slouch." I think this is a common design with the bigger BJD's. The idea is to keep the front looking as natural as possible, and you will see the gap more in the back from posing him.

    8. Good news for all of you with Limwha Mano. Dollmore pants/jeans do fit over his butt and hip area. They are snug and he sits funny in them, but they fit!! I had a pair for my Haku, Kyle Reese boy and figured since I have him on ebay and he is going without extra clothes, lets see if his jeans can be passed down to Howl. Sure enough they fit! So if anyone is looking for a place to buy this guy clothes, Dollmore is the place. As for the trainers, they are big on his feet, but work well and that means easy on and off. Something I like, but boots can anyone tell me where I can find boots that are for size SD-16 that don't cost a small fortune? Thanks, MK

(and I mean that in a good way!) BTW, what make of wig is he wearing? It's perfect on him. <sigh> wouldja just look at those hands -- hard to choose which are prettier, Mano's or Hound's...

      Great looking gang you've got there -- congrats on your newest addition!

      Alex, seriously you have the most *deeeelicious* gang there. So nice to see them all together, and how neat they all have a different body type. Just like a bunch of real guys!

      I have to say, the tight pants on Mano might be snug, but his tushie is so cute in them! And I love the cargo pants and sandals. Mano's legs are one of my favorite parts of him. Well, and that face...

      We have two Mano boys in the shop now, and sometimes they have to get put away because they are just too distracting for the gals here. Mano boys demand cuddles all the time.

    13. Plastosterone meltdown! Babyyy! :aheartbea I was wondering how hard this guy would be to shop for. Sounds like he's another odd size. If, y'know, just in case one of these babies manages to squeeze his way into my budget later on.

      He has such magnificent legs-- I think I'd say skip the jeans & just keep him in those cargo shorts all the time.

      :mwahaha Riiight! Sorry for my amusement, just that we're still kinda out of luck there. $76, yeah, thanks Volks. ^^

      Sometimes SD16 feet can wear Hound-size shoes depending on the maker. Those oversize Volks-LE SD13 shoes sometimes fit him too. In these pictures, though, looks like Mano's feet are quite a bit smaller than SD16? Smaller & narrower. I bet he can fit into more kinds of shoes than Yuki does.

      Thanks for the comparison shots, Alex-- I bet there is/will be a similar photo request thread in the Databases forum, where people will wanna know how he measures up before they buy one. You should post 'em there too. These shots also serve as a fabulously satisfying dose of multi-brand resin beefcake. What a lovely way to start my morning. <3

    14. animemom I also had alittle trouble getting mine to sit the first day I played with him. However, yesterday I gave it another shot since Catrina said he did have the ability.

      ^^ He does sit beautifully with alittle persuasion. XD They're not as easy to sit as the volks SD10s are because the butt grooves aren't as eager to lock in place. *lol*

    19. oh gawd... patience has it&#180;s reward.

      2 1/2 years now.. I&#180;ve been looking for THE boy.. most sd13 did not look masculine enough.. I am not very fond of hound&#180;s mouth and while I love Yuki&#180;s body (insert massive drooling here).. his face would not fit the character, he looked too much like a good guy XDD .. I know my timing can&#180;t be worse... but now at least I can&#180;t put a mold&#180;s name next to Logan&#180;s name on my wishlist...and yep.. start saving


      quick question...

      anyone tried senior delf clothes? might fit (as I read above boots do)
