  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     3. I just sent off my 8th payment to male ex machina?? I had to double check my email correspondence, that's wild to me. Feels like it was just last month he was released...

      any new ones home? Any new pics? Is there any chance someone can get a nice, clear, front-on picture of his face? Maybe I should start some digital mockups.

      I've been thinking about all of my Machinas. I got basically no time to paint dolls this year...(snuck in 2 days, one to do a quick temp faceup on my grail doll, and one to fix a faceup that was damaged). But it's fun to think of options too so...I guess it's not all bad.

    5. It would be awesome if you could do that, @Lady Ravenswood ! I think I need to sketch out some eyebrow shape and hair color options, especially. My mental picture of him is a bit different from the sculpt, so its about time to correct that. Glad to hear you got a grail doll, congrats!!

    6. Ah, thank you so much. I've actually had him for a bit, but he had a lovely faceup when he arrived. And much as I admired it, it just wasn't the look I wanted for him. So it was more that I finally worked up the courage to wipe it off and try something new. Hence it wasn't so bad that I only had a day to experiment, but it was a much needed splurge in 2020 to paint a doll I love so dearly. :hug:

      And I can understand that. Do you want a pic with his face open as well? Or just the human features?

    9. Ah, I know just what you mean. The human head was very tempting, and it was so kind of DLace to extend the sale price as well! But I just love the mechanical head so much. :chocoheart
      My favorite part is that little sliver of space between his lips. Don't know why. Hehe. Just love it. :chocoheart:chocoheart

    14. Does anyone know if Head NO.4 and NO.5 will be available again? They are currently sold out on dollyplanet and I've asked them this same question, but they still haven't answered. I completely missed them when they were available and I really regret not having discovered DLace sooner...

    15. Hm, I don't know...I'm not sure if any of the other sold out sculpts have ever come back in stock. It's New Year though so that might explain the delay in getting back to you. Hopefully they can get you an answer soon! They are great heads it would be nice to see them sold again!

    16. I hope so, @Miistery ! @Lady Ravenswood 's no.5 gives me such a hankering for a cute robot girl!! :...( I agree I've never seen them in stock, though. I started following dlace closely right around the witch bust era and their random sd-sided props release.

      Getting close to the end of my male ex machina 1 year layaway! I placed the order the end of May... ok, so maybe it's not soon :sorry I'll just keep telling myself that, though

      Maybe I can snap a quick pic soon. And ya know....get a chance to paint her one day....I'm so itching to paint my Machinas but it just hasn't been in the cards. :pout:

      Ok, looking back seems the heads were discontinued April, 2020.

      @Lady Ravenswood yeah I saw that on the dollyplanet website too and am currently hoping that "discontinued" is not actually discontinued... but that is probably just wishful thinking. I've asked the same question to BJDivas too, so if/when I have an official answer I could post it here

Ok, @Xila and @Lady Ravenswood , I might have good new from Iori Dolls, who have become a dealer for DLace too (in Europe it seems) and they answered that for head no.4's, they know that if DLace gets 10 orders for them, they will rerelease it! They are still asking DLace concerning head no.5, but it might be similar. Now I'm thrilled but nervous at the same time, because there's the possibility that they will rerelease it, but finding 10 people to order for head no.4 and possibly for head n.5 too seems pretty daunting. I'm not only "fresh resin smell" on DOA, but also in general (Ex Machina 2.0 will be my first full doll) so I don't really have any experience in this or a great outreach in the BJD community. Do you know people who would be interested? Do you have some advice for finding people (on instagram or facebook)?

      (I hope this is all still within what is allowed to be posted in a forum)
