Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order.   2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.     8. no I don't, she was Fairyland little fee chiwoo I bought her from my cousin without really thinking or doing any dolly research at all xD so I ended not bonding with her :S in fact after I bought Chiwoo I got my little fee Ante (directly from fairyland and give her lots of thoughts before buying her) so for me I think of Ante my 'first' doll and I still have her :)

    9. Yep. Mine is a Buddy Doll Raphael and I'm never going to sell him. Buddy Doll closed down a while back anyways and I won't ever be able to get a BD Raphael back if I sold mine. He's 70cm tall and is the only one who's not in a box. He's definitely a favorite of mine.

    10. I still have mine, but I bought him as a pair with a friend that is no longer my friend. I got DOC Kirill and she was getting DOC Ivan. She's not even in the hobby anymore, she sold her dolls. I'm thinking that I might sell him in order to get a doll that would be more meaningful to me and less tied down with memories that I'm trying to brush aside.

    14. I started collecting dolls in 2006. I can't really go into which doll it was since it's an off topic doll, but I will say that that company started my love of doll collecting and have moved on since then. I no longer have that doll, but will always be grateful for her because without her, I wouldn't be collecting the dolls I am collecting today.

    15. well as far as dolls in general, yes i do still have my first doll. i don't think i will ever sell any of my dolls, i have a very obsessive personality & i get attached to things. i don't have my first bjd yet (she's on the way!) but i know i will have her forever especially because she is a gift from my boyfriend :)

    16. I have only ever had one doll but I did end up selling her. She just wasn't fitting the OC I had in mind for her, and I knew I should give her to someone who would enjoy her more! Now I'm just on the hunt to find exactly what I'm looking for. :)

    18. Yes, I still have mine, a Dollzone Floy. He's with me for nearly four years right now and it's not in my plans to sell him.

      Now he has an AoD body, but neither sold his old body. In fact, I bought a head for that body and so, I got a new completed doll! :lol:

    19. The wait is nearly over for my first doll, a DZ Annie with a Pink Hazard face-up/blushing. I like to think that i will always keep her as her one-of-a-kind customisation is by an artist i really like and based on a character i created. Also she is half a present from my boyfriend. I like her sculpt but must admit that in pictures there are quite a lot of sculpts that have a greater impact on me. Initially i just though 'oh she's cool, reminds me of blah blah (anime character)..' and i moved on. She didn't blow me away. BUT after rejecting a doll i'd been planning to get for over a month, i came across her again and it suddenly hit me that she had great potential to shell the main character from a story i'm planning. I started imagening how she would be withought intending to actually get her. I was SO inspired once i started that i knew i would have to get her so i could photograph and draw her as my muse. I really hope i bond well with her and always keep her. =)
