Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases.       Of course I can't be jealous, nor would I be - it's not in my personality.
      My fascination with Woosoos, isn't just personal. It's a love for them, not a possessiveness.

      If everyone who wanted one could have one, I'd be thrilled. :dance
      Then there would be more on the board and I could see them more often!!!

      I'd have issues if someone named theirs the same, and had him look identical to mine, but otherwise ~ I think it's great! :)

    3. I do. I'll admit it.

      I do it when I see a doll I have been searching for for a YEAR or more, and then someone gets one (or even two) and I know for a FACT that they were never for sale to the public. It pisses me off, because I've had that happen about 4-5 times now. I can understand being outbid, but not when they get it secretly because they have connections/they've made it SO known they want a type of doll that they get it.

      Other than that, no. XD Just certain dolls that that happens with. If people buy Yders, that's cool. =3 I don't care. I just care if they try to copy mine. (It's happened to me about 3 times).

      I also care when I've told someone an idea for a future doll of mine (which is extremely unique) and they start to create a character with almost that exact look. (same mold, colour, etc)

      But, I think that's pretty normal. =x

    4. Eeerr..oh yes..I have something to add.
      Like many ppl have said before...I too feel a bit annoyed when someone buy the exact same mold that I have then turn them to be the same character as mine...yeah it's a bit feels like plagiarism ^_^
      I don't mind when they buy the same head mold but make them into a different character.

      But yeah...again, I'm also aware that ppl have the right to make their doll whoever they want.

    5. I don't get jealous if someone gets the same type of doll that I have. But I do get jealous when someone gets the type of doll that I want but don't have yet. :sweat I get jealous that they were able to bring home a doll I want so badly before I was... It doesn't really make sense, but I can't help it. XD

    6. I'd agree, if someone made a doll just like one that is unique that's kinda crappy. I hope mine will be one of a kind. I'd feel kinda weird if someone made the same mold, dress and personality.

      Jealousy is a bad thing, you know! :)

      I LOVE it when people buy the same dolls. It means we have similar (good!) taste. It means I get to see their beautiful dolls and see what they do with them. And if they dress them like mine--same goes!!! Great taste! More photos! ;)

    8. I don't get jealous for that, since I feel like it's having an extended family. What DOES make me jealous is when I work hard to save and my friends have dolls within a month or two, and ask me when I'm going to get mine.

    10. You'd be surprised. I've had people ask me if they can use Winter's custom face-up as an example to luts, then use the same hair (exact wig) and same eyes (exact eyes) combination on the same mold.

    11. I like to see a bunch of the same dolls to see how differently they can look....its fascinating...the only thing that bugs me is when I see one I view as particularly unattractive. Becuase then its like " How could they screw up my mold!!" and then you think " .....wait a second...thats not mine"

      Ive never worried about people "stealing" the same look, style and everything........they're pretty unique!Ive seen a similar look on Camine, but the other Camines still dont look like Quill. He just looks like a dork all the time :D

    12. Hmm, I get excited about fellow Leroi owners. But, I must admit I get a little sad when I see one being sold. And.. a little full of myself x_x like, for example, to think "Oh! I would never part with my Leroi, why would you?"

      Not really healthy to think that way :P

    13. I don't have a doll yet :3 And I don't think I'd get jealous, no, if someone had the same doll as me. However, I do get a liiitttle envious at the moment when someone gets a doll I want XD e.g. a Shiwoo, Cien, Hana (Devil) etc. But that's simply because they're with, and I'm without!

      Of course, once they post pretty pretty pictures, I'm far too busy admiring the doll to feel anything neagative anymore XD

    15. No, not really. I bought them because I love them. My Ren, Too, Mano (Jade) So what I find myself doing is the same thing I did before I bought them. Looking at the pretty pictures of their models and sighing and drooling. I can't get enough of them even owning them. :love

    18. As a lot of others have said, I get really excited when I see that someone else has managed to get the same type of doll. I know how hard it was for me to get mine. (It took me over a year of looking before Remington's head was up for auction at all!) And I'm always so happy that someone else has one and I hope they love their's as much as I do mine.

      I do get rather wistfull when I see someone who has a doll I want, but if I really want them I just wait and save until I can get my hands on one. (Tan Moeloo, you will be mine if I have to dye you myself!)

    19. I've only ever seen one other person with the same doll as me, and when I first found out I was kind of upset, because at the time mine was really the only one on the boards.
      But I got over that quickly and now think it's pretty cool that someone else has the same taste in certain doll that I do. ^^

    20. I think even if someone gets the same mold, wig color, and eye color as your doll, it's still a little ridiculous to get "jealous" or truly upset. Chances are, many people enjoy the same look, and that's fine with me. It is, after all, the owner's job to make their doll truly unique, by using facets other than the doll's mold, or even their looks :)
