1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Do you have a blog or website JUST for dolls?

Mar 9, 2013

    1. Yes I do!! There I can write my doll related rants~

    2. i have a side blog on tumblr for my doll. so when i find 'inspiration' or whatever i have a place to keep it as opposed to saving a bunch of pictures wasting precious computer space~

    3. I used to have it separate but I combined personal and BJD
it's mainly BJD thought. like 95%/5%

    4. I do. I don't use it much yet, but that's more having to do with me not knowing how to use said blog.

    5. Sorta. It mostly contains pictures of my baby rabbit though xD

It is pretty new and don't have many posts in it yet but: here, if anyone is interested. It's a tumblr, as that's easier to keep track of :)

    6. I plan to when I receive all the dolls I plan to buy. ^~^ It will probably be a photostory only blog though.

    7. I do have one, though I have barely started so not much content, I am still unsure what route I'll take with it but at the moment it consists of updated on how my bjd is coming along and forming into the character I see in my head. I might possible post little bits of the story that goes along with him and such. For now it's just pictures and process from an idea-blank doll-completion sort of blog. Here is the link just in case anyone gets curious : http://kitsunesekai.tumblr.com/ .

    8. I recently started a BJD-specific blog as a place to keep bjd inspiration (reblogs of inspiring faceups, outfits, etc) and as a blog for my doll projects and stuff. Mostly because not a lot of people who are following my main blog care about BJDs, and I suspect anyone following my main blog for BJD posts would be sorely disappointed... well, that and it's nice to have all my 'inspiration' in one place.

I run way too many blogs, but a lot of my interests have communities that just don't overlap that much, so I would rather have separate blogs so that people can choose which things I post they want to see.. (My main blog is an amalgamation of the content of my sideblogs, plus personal stuff, basically.)

(If you're interested, you can find my doll blog here. uwu)

    9. Yes, actually. I have a tumblr specifically for photos of my dolls, story planning, and just general bjd-related nonesense because I like to keep my different blogs separate (I also have a fandom one, a lolita fashion one, and a cosplay one, but with the exclusion of the fandom one they're usually not all active at once as I fall more into one hobby versus the other. XD). Sometimes I reblog inspiration photos or dolls I really love, but I think it's going to be mainly photos of my crew.

It's here, if anyone would like to take a look at it. n_n

    10. No, but I'd like to... currently I just don't think I'd update one very much. orz .. maybe when my new dolls arrive.

    11. Not really, I just have my main tumblr blog which is my personal and has a bit of everything and my horseback riding blog. However, one my my dolls does have his own tumblr blog.

    12. I have a dolly blog, it's mostly dedicated to my projects: sewing, customizing, dollhouses and so on, but sometimes I just ramble about dolls n' that. ;) http://www.genkigirl.com/dollyblog/

    13. I have my blog on a japanese site, I haven't updated in a while but I will be once I start making new clothes ^^ ameblo.jp/missrona

    14. no i dont but i have a swedisch website thats called dayviews where i put pics of my dolls and so on ^w^

    15. Yes. chaibjd.tumblr.com
      :D

    16. Hehe...I do.:)...It's such a neat idea and great extension of the hobby. It's basically about my dolls lives and what's going on for them from their perspective and their interpersonal relationships. It's sort of like their collective journal and lightly ties in to the story I'm working on.

    17. I planned to. It was going to be for projects and photography. But I know I get really lazy about things like making clothes and such so it would be a very empty one. xD;; It'll probably be a long while before I actually start one that would have consistent updates.

    18. I do, I just started it last month, but there's a fair few posts up. :)

      http://sophiedollhouse.blogspot.com/

I also went on an adding spree and followed a bunch of you - you've been warned. ;)

    19. I think a blog just about your dolls sounds like a wonderful idea!!
I do have a blog but it is not strictly for my dolls. I do include them in it though and I have a page for them on my website.

I own a small business and create soft sculptures which I originally used as BJD pets. I now have customers who collect them just as a piece but I have many customers who still collect them for their dolls. So while my blog is more what I am creating and inspired by, I often blog about my dolls with my creations.
As for dolly updates and plans I use my YouTube channel.
