Do you have a favorite among your dolls?

My favourite somehow became my Soom Smokey, even though he sat in his box blank and untouched for like a year after I got him due to life happening. I don't know why, but the lil' donkey-butt captured my heart and is my most complete doll with the best wardrobe...Probably helps that I only have to dress the top half, though I even bought my airbrush specifically to paint his hooves! He's spoiled rotten, oops.

 

If I'm honest with myself it's my Andrew because he's my first doll and also the one based on my husband. Interestingly he's my least spoiled because I'm really picky when picking things out for him.

 

To be honest... I think my favorite changes every time I get a new doll, haha. But, my SOOM Chrom does know how to capture my heart with his jointed hands, and that nose. Mm that nose.

 

My favourite is probably my 61cm AOD Gemie, Renier, just because he was my first doll and he's been around the longest.. I just kind of have a special bond with him that I haven't yet formed with the others !

 

Although of course I love all my dolls, I definitely have favorites. Several of my old CustomHouse girls - St. Mina from the Ai line, Charlotte from the Vintage Ai line, and Ramiel from the Petite Ai line - are my absolute faves and I could never part with them. My absolute grail, however, was the original Triste sculpt from Dollstown, and I am so lucky to own her!

 

I like tan Celine more, then my normal skin Chloe. She has great boobs, body, face. Everything I try to order new eyes for Chloe, maybe it makes miracles :P Will see what happens when i get Mirwen!

 

Yes I have one, and he's my favourite from the moment I got him, but then again he was the second doll I got, so that's not saying much., and I don't even really feel that bad about it, he's my Muka Illusion Spirit.

 

My favorite is my Jollyplus Murray Jazzbaby. She's kept inside her box and I would get her out of the box and look at her adoringly from time to time. I'm also amazed that every clothing and every wig I tried on her looks good on her. She also poses great and her faceup is beautiful!

 

It's actually really hard to say right now, since none of my dolls are complete at the moment...

I have a Volks SDCute Renee body in her box-- her head is with AngelToast.
I have an Unoa Sist with a Lusis faceplate, which is about to be sent off to AngelToast.
I have a Dollfie Dream Dynamite body in her box-- her head is with Freya's Faceups.

I WANT to say my Renee is my favorite, but... I just can't say that until everyone is at home, complete.

 

I only have 4, but Maggie is for sure my favourite. She has the sweetest face, poses the best, and I just generally love her to bits. Hopefully not literally.

 

I love my dolls equally. They all share clothes, shoes, and wigs. But I will say I'm REALLY excited for my Zuzu Delf Rumi that I am waiting on. She already feels very special to me even though I don't have her yet.

 

Deireadh!!! He's my Resinsoul Ming in dark tan and he is oh so gorgeous. He's always the one I get heart-eyes looking at. He is my perfect doll.

 

I have a lot of dolls all of which I love, but my favorite will always be my first-- Alistair (he's a ResinSoul Gang on a DF-A body). He has three wigs and a ton of clothes.

 

Although I love all of my dolls and wouldn't get rid of any of them, the two dolls that are my definite favorites are Cicero (volks SwD Lucas) and his brother Remo (Volks WIlliams). I don't exactly know why, as all of my dolls have been grail sculpts, but when I got Cicero there was something that... 'clicked' more than with any of the other dolls. Same with Remo. In fact, after I had gotten Remo's head, I had no interest in buying anything doll related for two years, 'cause I was so happy with him.

The fact that they are brothers only enhances this feeling. These two will never part.

 

It changes as I redress and change eyes and wigs. Right now it is my Grey Talyssa by Kaye Wiggs and I was so surprised that I like grey dolls at all - but to me she is just dainty and beautiful. I am sure it will change in the future, but will always hold a special place with me.

 

I think my favorite is constantly changing, as soon I try a new a new wig, eyes or outfit on my dolls and take a few pictures I fall in love with them all over again Each one of my big girls is my favorite in another aspect, because they're so different. If I had to choose I probably would go with Sayo but that's only because I have her the longest.

 

<---- Definitely Kyoshi, my first doll.

He is everything I wanted in a doll and I would be been content with only him. The rest came because I wanted pretty things but Kyoshi is more than a pretty doll for me and he is my favorite not because he was my first. He is my favorite because when I play with him I never feel frustration (like I do when others don't pose well), I always feel this strong happiness in my heart that I don't feel with others and he makes me smile when I look at him.

I love all my other dolls like pretty things that make me happy, I love Kyoshi like a member of my family. Even my family like my mom and my brother has said that Kyoshi looks alive. Of course we know he is not lol but it's a way to recognize that he means a lot to us (yes, even my family loves him).

Another thing I wanted to share is that he is the only one I have dreams with. One day I had a dream that he came to life and he was exactly like I imagined him to be as a human. < 3 it was the sweetest dream I have ever had.

 

The very moment I consider which is my favourite, I can't agree with myself! They're all my favourite.

/whispers except Tyresias, my Soom Dia, who was a grail for eight years and now I finally have him. he's my favourite.

 

I don't have a favorite but I do have a most spoiled. Gabriel (my Grando Mads/Souldoll Zenith hybrid) has more clothing and props than any other doll in my collection. He just seems to fit into and look good in absolutely everything. His wardrobe is enormous. He also poses very naturally so he ends up getting photographed a lot!

 

It's defiantly hard to just pick one. My favorites to make clothes for are Indigo (ResinSoul Lian grey) and Margo (DZ Candice WS) and my favorite to just look at is Absinthe (RS Mu Green) but I don't do much else with him. I'd say Indy gets the most attention because she is the easiest and most fun to dress and I am absolutely in love with her style and character, even though she became the oposite of what I had planned for her.
