Do you include your floating heads in your doll count?

I call them a ".5"... so my current count is 4.5, because I have 4 whole dolls and a floating head hehe

 

I count them as floating heads, but they do have their own personalities. I have 3 heads sharing one body because the body is awesome for posing. If the company still made the body, I'd get a few more, but darn it, they haven't done too well with the Gen 2 and Gen 3 in this doll, so I'm happy with the Gen 1 and hoping it lasts forever.

I've also got a sleepy head book marked for one of my dolls, would that count as the same doll? O_o

 

My floating head never was intended to get a body, and probably never will.
Do I count Lousi in? Yes. Normally, if not specified or if I do not see the need to specify, the I count the head in. If I'm asked directly or If it is relevant that Louis is a head only, then I say so.
He was intended as a practice head, but ha established himself as the bodyless king of the house.
*sigh* I'm doomed, even my heads develope characters that go way off of the line I intendet them to......

 

I sort of put them in the "half" category. I like how on the Dairyland Forum they have a space for that, allowing it to be separate from the full doll. I've named my boy whose just a head and he has a gorgeous face up, but he won't officially hit the list until he's got a body.

 

I say "five dolls and a floating head" or "five and a half dolls", haha. I like to specify that he's not a full doll, but I can't imagine not counting him. I even display him with the other dolls.

 

I don't count them. I count the characters, but I count them as dolls after they've gotten their bodies.

 

That is a VERY cool idea! Maybe we should start a Discussion thread for floating heads and talk about their backstories and whatnot!

I have seven and I'm waiting for an eight, so I'd have plenty to talk about.
