Do you kiss/cuddle your dolls?

YES. We cuddle and watch netflix together. The first night I got him, I kissed him on the head before I put him in his bed. He makes me feel a little less lonely.

 

Never the only thing I kiss/cuddle is my cat (not sure she's so keen!!!)

 

I never kiss my dolls, just because it would ruin their face-ups/resin. However, every once in a while I would have one of my dolls sit in my lap or sit on their couch next to me when I'm watching tv or something. After experiencing resin allergies first hand (typical allergy symptoms with spontaneous bloody noses) to a friend's doll collection from doll companies different from my own dolly collection, I limited my exposure to my dolls from cuddling with a teddy bear kind of cuddling to the current state it is now. But! To each their own as there are times where I am just like, "Oh! I just want to cuddle with you!" So, I admit, I'm a bit envious of you. =D

 

I might hug my doll when I'm holding her but when it comes to kissing I do that rarely. ONLY when I'm overwhelmed by her cuteness (like when she tries on something new and cute). :'3 She (LTF Bonnie) is adorable!

 

I don't kiss or cuddle my doll, but I do talk to her.

 

I don't really kiss or cuddle my dolls. All my SDs have adult characters (and so being kissed/cuddled doesn't really suit them ), and my MSDs are awkward teenagers (so, ditto), and my teenies are... well. Two are monster hunters who drain the lifeforce from their owner, slowly killing her (not really the hugging types), two are unfeeling automatons (and one of those is in constant pain), and the last is an independent and aloof cat. None are particularly good candidates for kissing or cuddling!

 

No kiss, but I cuddle and tell her she is cute. And promise I will make her more pretty clothes but then I get so lazy

 

I think I'd be too afraid of damaging or getting a doll dirty to do that, seeing as I'm a bit clumsy and work with art supplies a lot...Some of them certainly look very kissable and lovable though~

 

Most of mine get hugs and cuddles every so often, if not at least a pat on the head once in a while. It depends on the girl, some have personalities it makes sense to get that sort of attention more than others ^^;

 

(I find the top of the head is a good kiss spot, no faceup-smearing worries there. Today I was sewing with Vince and had taken his wig off to hide it from the cats, and when he was in my lap a little later, I dropped a little peck to his temporarily bald little head. Made me feel better after a rough day. Not that I have to worry about his faceup now anyway since it just needs to be wiped and changed to something brand new)

 

Since I go my big boys, I cuddle them every now and then coz they're so big and cuddly! Hell, if I could cuddle the box of a Living Dead Doll and go to sleep with it in my arms, then these are a piece of cake! haha!
No kissing though, don't want to leave any oily residue on the resin.

I'm also a sniffy sort of person (as in I like to smell nice things) so I hold them and smell their resin. However, the smell of their clothes do put me off some times. All their clothes have not been washed since some have metal accents or zips so that's a bit hard.

 

Not really, no. They're hard for one thing, and I'm not someone who thinks of them as anything more than dolls, so it would be a bit weird to me to get all snuggly with them.

That said, I suppose sometimes when I'm changing their outfits I am sort of holding them in a hug-type position, but other than that, no.

 

How could I not, they are very cuddly! I tell them good morning, kiss them good night! They like to be loved on.

 

I've given them a little hug when I'm carring them to put them away, but in general I find it awkward to hug or cuddle them because of their shape and hardness XD

 

No I don't think of my dolls like that. I like to look at them but I don't think of them as living beings. My dogs get most of my hugs and kisses even my husband doesn't get as many hugs and kisses as my dogs.

 

I hold/ cuddle my larger boy if I'm nervous. Mainly just to get my mind off whatever I'm stressing about.

I have kissed them on their wigs now and then. Not as much as I possibly could hutvyeah. I prefer cuddling them, especially my Mali. He is so floopsy.

 

Chace usually sits in my lap as I watch videos on my laptop or movies on the tv~ It nice to have them around things you like to do, rewarding in my opinion I like to mess around his wig when he is sitting on my lap haha! He doesn't seem to mind it. I do hug him every now and then, to cheer me up or simply because he looks grumpy on that particular day XD
But I don't think he will tolerate kisses, he is more of the 'solitary' kind TwT...
I look forward to cuddling my SD17 boy I'm sure his character wouldn't mind it one bit! Although he is still a long way home from me TT^TT
