Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     6. Usually I like closed mouths. I feel like that gives a lot more wiggle room to play with expression in photos. That being said, I do have a doll whose lips are slightly parted and have plans to get another one like that, so it definitely depends on the sculpt.
      (I am gonna jump on the bandwagon and say PongPong is ADORABLE :whee:)
      I have seen a couple sculpts that have open mouths that look like they're talking while in front of the camera (IOS A1 and Ringdoll Law come to mind). It looks pretty cool and natural--sometimes. But when I browse the doll page and see the open mouth in every single photo, I start thinking, 'Isn't he getting tired of holding his mouth open??' :XD: And if they were sitting on my shelf, that feeling would only intensify.
      Sometimes I wish I had a character that needed shelling that looked like Law, though...:love

    10. I love a variety of doll sculpts so it doesn't truly matter if their mouths are open or closed to me, though I sorta do find dolls with teeth gaps to be cute.

    11. Slightly parted lips make a sculpt more dreamy looking so I am weak with those :) But then again, it really depends on the sculpt...

    13. Closed ones. If the doll has open mouth ( and mine does) when you look at her for some time it seems like she has the running nose and difficulties to breath :)

    18. I honestly prefer closed mouth, but if the sculpt is super cute and has a partial mouth opening it won't turn me off from buying it. When it comes to teeth, I'm personally not a fan!
