1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. I was drawn to big boys for a few reasons. As others have mentioned there is a certain mature presence there that some of the smaller dolls don't have for me. On a different note they are also easier to dress and makes accessories for with my arthritis. Its probably for the best I love them so much because if I had to deal with even smaller buttons and snaps I would cry.

    2. Yes.

No, but seriously, I have one mature tiny and one 1/3 girl. I feel like I prefer the extremes of doll size; I've never kept a 1/4 doll for long.

    3. Minis are the perfect in-between for me so far. They're easy to handle and I tend to like the types of sculpts available on that scale. I only have one 1/3 doll at the moment and she's an old Leekeworld girl with terrible posing, so that might be influencing my opinion a bit. I like tinies as well, but I'm personally not big on dolls that look like babies or young children because I feel like the character/story potential for them isn't quite as interesting to me, so there are a more limited number of sculpts on that scale that appeal to me.
