1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. It has become routine, I feed my chinchilla's get them all set up for the night, then i get remi ready for bed, change him into his P'J's and then put him in his box/bed/coffin thing that i made. A little rainbow scarf is his blanket right now but it all works :D

Dunno what ill do when kannon gets here Remi's room isnt big enough for two.

    2. Yomi is a rs tiny so he fits neatly into a pigeon hole in my desks hutch, that's his room atm. So usually I lay him on his side, cover with his blanket and that's that. Otherwise I zip him into his carry bag snug on his pillow and hang it from my bedpost. He is my only bjd so he gets tons of attention atm. Not certain how much more I'll continue it if I add to the collection as I plan to.

    3. I put him in his box and pose him like he'd be sleeping :)

    4. I do. I don't feel right if my dolls are just sitting somewhere staring off in space.

If I had a lot of dolls, I'd prefer to put them in a safe place and display them on stands, I suppose.

They're my little companions, and I feel like they deserve some respect. I don't care if they're inanimate objects or whatever. I even treat my pillow like it deserves some amount of respect.

    5. I never have, but it would be cute to have a doll sized bed!

    6. i don't put them in pajamas or put them in a bed but i leave them on my shelf and tilt their heads down and kiss them goodnight every night before i go to bed myself. o_o;

    7. My boys usually get a kiss on the head before I go to bed, but that's about the limit to my nightly routine with them. They just stay where they are for the night - usually either on the sofa or on my dresser. I don't really see the point of bothering with pyjamas and beds - I think I'd feel a little silly, to be honest!

    8. ==-_-== Kira, (and now Karma) both get tucked into their "bed" and they are arrangedin a spoonin position, because Kira loves the Spooning. I usually give them bot a kiss too.....Even the Bunny gets to snuggle up to my SDs, so she dosnt get.."cold" XD

    9. When I got my first girl, I would tuck her into bed and turn her head to the side of the wall, to simulate actual "sleeping."

Now, I simply set them up, sitting, in their respective rooms and leave them. I can go days and not think about it. I still love them, but that initial gush of amazement and excitement at actually owning a doll has faded, and mostly, I treat them as treasured objects, and nothing more.

    10. ..I don't have PJs or nightgowns for my dolls.
I probably would buy some, just for cutesy photos with teddies and such, but no. I don't put my dolls to sleep.

    11. I don't have pajamas for them or anything like that, so they always spend the night in whatever they're wearing; but I always make sure they're settled comfortably (well, that they look comfortable =) and always say goodnight to them.

    12. If I had PJ's. My Pandora would be in them at night. Looking for a nightshirt for her. Something for my Edward Cullen and Jacob Black too..........um.......there like huge.

Edward is a Mecha Angel Rex and Jacob is my AOD 1/2.

So yeah, when I get PJ's for them, then I will tuck them in for the night.

Right now, Pandora sleeps on a stack of pillows from our bed, so she sleeps there, without a blanket, need to make one for her. Not sure where my Jacob is going to sleep or my Edward when he gets here, like next Tuesday. The Twilight boys! Guess on the sofa for now

    13. No, I don't, although I've used to do so with my other dolls, when I was a little girl :) Anyway I'd like to make a bed for my Yuki, for the sake of photoshoots.

    14. I've made a lil japanese futon type thing for my puki, Lexis. She seems to really enjoy it, and when she's not sitting at my desk watching me procrastinate, she loves hiding under her blankets (a slikny fabric, a linen blanket, and a knitted blanket I made for her... I love to knit blankets and scarves). She doesn't have pjs yet, but I'm planning on making her a pj set, or even just a nightgown soon.

    15. Nah...he just sits on my shelf till morning.

    16. My dollies don't have PJs, but I put them in their 'beds' every night (their boxes, actually) and tend to make sure they look comfy.
One night I was up til 5am with insomnia and Fin kept me company, and I ended up trying to find some sort of sleepwear for him. I just ended up taking off his shoes and pants, though. But I'm far too lazy to redress him every day .//.

    17. I was actually considering buying a bed for my first BJD (who is on her way!) but with so many other things still to buy I'm going to have to put that on hold. In my bedroom there is really nowhere for her to sit comfortably I suppose and if she slept next to me I'd roll over in my sleep and break her. She could go to bed in her box I suppose, but that feels kind of coffin-esque...

    18. Yoru's got a Japanese-style futon set up by the TV with pillows and blanket I crocheted myself. ^_^; Pajamas were the first clothes he owned...and honestly, spends most days in them unless we're going out. That said, I don't actually put him 'to bed' all that often...unless he's in the way or I actively think of it before going to work at night.

    19. Uhhhhhhh - no. Never thought about it. I love these dolls and want more but I'd never take it that far!

    20. just sometimes.
haha, when I play with them before bedtime... but they're mostly in bed through the day because I don't want them rolling everywhere anyways. haha.
