1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. I usually play with my doll before bed, so I guess I kind of put her to sleep when I'm done. Or rather, sit her on her shelf in my cabinet and say goodnight. I haven't made her a bed yet. XD

    2. No, I just can't talk to my dolls. I guess I would feel stupid and laugh haha.

    3. i don't change her clothes or nothing but i do put my doll in my dresser drawer and cross her arms in that classic vampire way sometimes...

    4. Yeah, I put my dolls to sleep, amd they all have pyjamas and beds.
But sometimes they sleep in usual clothes - (as I myself :-[ ) - this happens when I'm too tired...

    5. I don't go as far as to dress him in pajamas for going to bed, but I do lay him down in a designated area for his bed for the night.
I'm not really for the elaborate bedtime ritual, but I at least feel the need to settle him down somewhere to "sleep" every night

    6. Well I plan on making pjs for Freya, also plan on making a bed, so I most likely will put her to sleep in her bed everynight.

    7. Sometimes Colette will come sleep with me, but not usually. But sometimes I think if a doll isn't allowed to dream in her case....

    8. I only put my dolls to sleep from sheer boredom. :wiggle

      :mwahaha

    9. Usually my boys will stay wherever they are - sitting on my table, or their couch, depending on whether they were "working" (modeling for my sewing) that day or not. But I'll scooch them close to each other and pose them together. Other times I'll lean one of their heads on the other one's shoulder. For the littler dolls - an MSD and a Yo - they sometimes get the same treatment, sometimes not.

On the first night that each of my dolls were home, they slept with me in my bed. I intend to continue that tradition with each of my new dolls, as a sort of ritual, but other than that, they usually don't sleep in an actual bed unless I'm feeling the need for somebody to hug. I have a very small apartment and there's barely enough room for THEM, much less a bed for them. They have a couch purely to get their long legs off the tables. Similarily, they don't have pajamas, either. I might make some if I need them for a photoshoot, but for now I don't have a need.

When I got my first doll home, he slept with me for about a week, because I was so giddy to have him. Now that giddiness has tapered off, and I recognize that they're actually more "comfortable" (read: safer) when they spend nights on their own, as I'm prone to rolling about in bed and might damage their new faceups and new clothing.

I do give a kiss on the head to everyone who's sitting out before I go to bed, and that also includes my cat :D My cat usually gets more than one, though ;)

    10. When I got my first doll I used to because it was fun to dress him into his pj's but now that I have so many it just seems a bit silly. Id be redressing them till dawn before I got to bed, so its more a practical thing than anything else. I dont really do this anymore its just too time consuming.

    11. YES!
Of course ^o^ They have beds and cushions.. everything^^
It makes fun when you treat them alive. So they could be very good friends^^

    12. When I'm done playing with my doll I will put her away in her box so she's safe but I don't put her in PJ's or say "Good night".

    13. I like others have said before me do not have time to change all their clothes before bed but I usually do have a doll with me in the evenings watching the TV while sewing for one of them so I do end up putting that doll back with the others and saying goodnight to all of them

    14. I laughed when I saw this thread because I did that when I first started the hobby. Gave them pillows and blankets for their boxes and tucked them in. But that soon became to time consuming and now my current boy stays in whatever position I leave him in his chair. He's comfortably lounged there right now playing guitar and will probably stay like that for some time :XD:

    15. I use to do it a lot but then it lessened and lessened as I became much more busy and tired because of college and homework and other daily life stresses.

    16. I seem to put my pukipuki to sleep, but my MSD gets to stay up all night. :XD:

    17. Most of the time, I do put them in their boxes with their pillows (and if they have a blanket) at night. I want to make/get a really cute bed for my Littlefee, but I bet she'll stay in it if I don't play with her for a few days.

    18. For much of the day, I have Reika on top of her drawer *black little nightstand* doing a pose or chilling around the house with me. Then at night, before I go to sleep, I put her into her pillows inside the drawer, hugging her little pig stuffed animal which she has dubbed Buuta-kun.

    19. The thought never even crossed my mind, lol. They have been in the exact same position for almost 3 months now. 0_0

    20. I'll admit when I first got my Shane, I was so excited over him - an elf shiwoo, my dream doll! - I did actually change him into pjs (I got him with a pair of pjs and a pair of bunny slippers as part of the whole present - yes, I got him as a present) and have him sleep with me. I just loved him so much and was so excited to have him part of my doll family. I haven't done that in a long time. He usually has a spot near my bed for the night, but changing him is just a big hassle, so he gets changed whenever I need him for a meet or photoshoot, just like everyone else.
