1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. I don't bother putting them in pyjamas, but I do put them in their little corner on my bedside table and cover them with a blanket. I only have two at the moment, but if I get more, I guess it'll change. I don't really want to be spending half an hour saying goodnight to inanimate objects - I mean, it's nice to do the whole little ritual every night, but I don't want to it to take up ridiculous amounts of time.

    2. Last thing at night I put Joseph back in his box, but I do it more for safe keeping rather than the sake of "putting him to bed".
      He only has the one outfit at present as I haven't had him long but some night-clothes would be nice at some point.
      I do say goodnight to him though :-)

    3. Not really. Currently my dolls live and sleep in their boxes (that sounded kinda sad! ;_; ), so there's really no need to specially "put them to bed." If I've played with them during the day, at night I'd put them back in their boxes, give them a pat, and a "good night" --- that's about it! ^^ My dolls don't have PJ's either (good idea tho!), but I imagine it's a hassle to change them in and out of their PJs every night.

    4. Back when I only had three dolls and was more involved in the whole "dolls have personalities" bit, I did. But as I accumulated more, it became completely impractical.

    5. I don't put him in PJs or anything (that would be a little annoying to do every night), but at night I always say goodnight to Luke and put him back in his box.

    6. I'm with Sprouty on this one~ I do it more for safekeeping than anything else. I set up an "apartment" for my boys in the closet because it's well shaded, and if I didn't dedicate a plce to them all their own, they'd have no place to be (my room can get messy haha). So, while I don't put them in their pajamas (though they do have them^_^) I do make sure to put them in their bed. It's sort of for me to take stock of them, make sure they've got all their fingers and such, and so that I know that they're in a safe place for the night where I don't have to worry about them :)

    7. I think I might occasionally put them in pjs if i had them :P for now i just take off the outer clothes (slightly dark so i worry about staining) and set them by my bed

    8. awwwww^^ that`s so cute!

      i sometimes o put them to sleep, ut i don`t change they`re cloths..^___^

    9. I put her away in a desk drawer. There's a towel in there. It's kind of like putting a small animal to sleep? XD;;

    10. Awww, you guys are soo close to your dolls.
      I take his sweeter, tye, vest and shoes off. I used to take his shirt off, just because it looked like it would bother him during the night.
      But I kind of stoped doiing that when I started working, having no time to re-dress him and leaving him in his bed all week till I have my days off during the weekend, so i try to take him out as much as I can during then. Feel bad for him not seeing any one other then a blank wall all that time.

      But I do say good night to him every time I turn out the lights, xD habit.

    11. I've never put a doll to sleep as in putting on pj's and tucking them into bed, but I have sat several dolls next to me while watching tv :lol: Ususally, it's more like I want to change their clothes or something or brush their hair and do this while the tv is on...it's nice to just glance to the side and see them next to you rather than going all the way to the bedroom to just look at them and think how pretty they are!

    12. i will say good night to my dolls
      but i seldoms put them to sleep :)

    13. Well ... She do not wear pajamas because She hasn't(It reminds me that I have to buy one for her!) And... Yes.... I put my dolls to sleep in your box above their pillows every night ^ ^

    14. Well, she's usually laying down in her cushioned Bluefairy box.
      She was basically asleep all he time until I bought her a cute garden-esque chair yesterday.

    15. I feel better when I know where they are and that they're save, but I don't interact with my dolls on a regular basis, let alone nightly.

    16. my girls don't have pjs but sometimes i do kiss them and say good night and pat their heads. *sigh*

    17. I Have the Volks MSD Box that my doll came with, so Every night, I take my doll, tame the hair back to normal and put it in the box carefully. I put the hands in a cup-like position and put my amethyst in it. I say Goodnight and close the box. I do it because I don't want the UV rays ruining my doll, the good-night part is just something I do. Hard to to explain, really.

    18. Well not quite, I mean I say goodnight when I turn off the lights (they sit on a table downstairs) and sometimes I hold them and fix there hair or make sure they are...comfortable ^_^

    19. LOL...my first thought when I read the question was, "I'm so boring I put EVERYONE to sleep. Probably my dolls too!"

    20. ^ lol xD

      I don't have a doll yet but I want to order him a bed to let him lay in ;;
      I feel like he should have his own little space then on like a desk or a shelf kind of make it more personal for him.
      I'm not sure if I'd put him in PJ's since I'm lazy but I guess I'd just have to wait for him to find out ;;
