1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. I've seen dolls with pj's but it never crossed my mind that they would only
wear them at night (to go to sleep) It just never popped into my head at all o.0
my boy just sits in his place and I'll leave em there.

    2. o.o Well I do tell my doll goodnight, Its like a habit I can't shrug off because he's always there ><~

    3. lol i am guilty of this. ever since Hannibal arrived i have had this weird obsession with putting him on a bean bag chair at night and covering him with a blanket... i don't want him to get cold!

    4. I don't. They don't have beds, and they don't have pajamas! (Pullips) But when I get my first BJD, I might baby her a bit at first. I need to make room for her, now that I think about it..

    5. I did that once or twice when I got my first doll; I didn't change his clothes or anything but I laid him on one of the pillows on my bed and tucked him in and all. It was more because I was just so thrilled I finally had a doll and because I didn't have a set place for him rather than "goodnight little dollie" or anything like that though. xD Now I don't bother with any of that though; I have a display case and that's where they stay when I'm not doing anything with them. :)

I plan on making props and making sets for rooms in a house though, so I will eventually make beds, pajamas and etc for them, but they'll only be used for photoshoots and photostories. xD

Still, if people want to change their dolls for bed and tuck them in or something then that's fine; to each their own. If nothing else I applaud them for the effort of changing them so often, I'd get tired of it haha~

    6. No, i don't really see sense in that. My dolls don't have beds (or pyjamas) and even if they had, i wouldn't bother to put them to sleep every single night. They really are just dolls though really important to me. So they just sit on their shelf every night watching me sleep. :D

    7. If I have a tidy up of the dolly section of my wardrobe, maybe, but normally I just sling him in on top of all the fabric, boxes etc :L

    8. Ummmm....yes. still do. I made them a lil futon with a spreadsheet and a comforter with sum pillows. I like to make my boiz spoon tho. And yeah, i say "goodnight bois"

    9. Seriously? XD I don't play pretend to that extent but it's cute I guess to dress them in pj's for a photoshoot, especially if it's a doll with sleeping/dreaming head. :) I've considered making them a bed, blankets and everything but I got lazy.

    10. yeah. in some or other way. they have to have it okey when im going to sleep, otherwise I will feel very unkind.

    11. Loki has a bed, So yes, I tuck him in at night. XD

    12. They are all set up in chairs or on stands, it would really be too time consuming to take them all down undress them and put them to bed everyday. I like the way they are right now. Also I don't really have the space for doll beds

    13. I've never really thought of it that way, but I suppose I kinda do. I usually play with one doll a day and the doll I play with I wrap up in blankets and set in their case. I don't change my dolls clothing a lot so I don't put them in pajamas or anything... I do kinda check on them and make sure they're all situated though.. ><;

    14. i put my doll to sleep i dont have a light tight place so i put her in her travel box and i put her in the slepping position put her blanket on and pack her up..just in case i ever need ot take her anywhere

    15. I don't have my own doll yet, but when I stay over at a friend for the weekend. I'm always sitting with her BJD. And when we go to bed, I always do that haha. Even so I never change his clothes into PJ's or so. But she does say goodnight to him and such herself too. And i'm pretty sure i'm going to do that too as mines has arrived. ^^'

    16. My doll just stays perched on my desk. I've never considered putting her to sleep, but I have considered making cute pajamas for her :3

    17. Actually....I did it sometimes when I was young.....
But I do not have eough interest to do so :P plus, I dob't have enough space for them.

    18. I want to eventually make a bed for him, but for now I just say goodnight, promise to make an actual bed and then curl him up in his box. Sometime this week I'll make one, and I wouldn't be surprised if I start actually tucking him in.

    19. hmmm I really don't lol! I guess firstly it's because I have too many to consider that, but they are also in a display cabinet where they remain for the majority of the time. Ultimately, I'd feel that an almost 28 year old is probably unhealthy if she puts her dolls to bed every night- it hasn't even crossed my mind to do that.

I think making sets for them for photography is fair enough, but the actual act of putting them to bed every night is imo just a tad unsettling.

    20. I don't have a doll yet, but oh well.
I would put them to bed... If they had a sleeping face. But honestly, I'd be uncomfortable with the thought of them laying there, staring into the darkness. If they are open-eyed, they can't sleep. So I'll just put mine to sit in my bookshelf or something, and look wonderingly into nothingness, or play with their plushie, or read a book. ^^; I want to make pajamas though! Because I want a shoot where she's sick and staying home. But her box can be the bed...
When I do get a sleepy-eyed one, I might put it to sleep XD It would be so cute! But I can't imagine them opening or closing their eyes, and I don't even want a doll with both a sleeping and open-eyed face-plate, because those couldn't be the same character to me.
