1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. Good question LOL.
      I used to do that when I only have 1~2boys -_-||..
      Well as the family expands , I'm getting lazier and I only have limited pieces of pjs.
      So it's like a once in awhile thing for now :/

    2. Maybe I unknowingly did that before when they were out on the bookshelf. Now they rest inside one of my drawers so there's a huge possibility of me not doing it again. Unless it's evening when I put them away, I might do it.

    3. If I take her out of her dolly box to play with her, I will. But that's generally just removing her shoes and wig and placing her in to her box. I do use a li'l blanket for her. If I don't take her out to play, I simply say "good night" to her box and that's that.

    4. If there is a duplicate thread, please delete. I didn't find one though. >w<

      So, I'm wondering. Where do your dolls sleep? Do you have special beds for them? Do they sleep in their box? If you're brave, do they sleep in bed with you?

      I have a Yo-SD sized doll, and living in a trailer, there is not a lot of space, so I have a little plastic box my doll sleeps in, sleeping on the pillow that she was shipped with. I'm worried about when I get bigger dolls, where they will sleep.

    5. I do, but only in the sense of the only spot in my room I can put Kaylynn right now is this cubby like hole on my head board that fits her perfectly in a sleeping type position. I just put her into her night gown and lay her in there and cover her with a blanket so the light the next day won't reach her.

    6. Ein tends to spend 90% of his time in my bed ^^ He has a onesie which he wears almost all of the time because A, he spends so much time in my bed and B. it protects his body from the sun and, well, me XD When I first got him I spent maybe a couple of weeks changing him every night and every morning? But now, I'm lazy XD He still gets changed for photoshoots, but he's comfy in my bed ^^ And I like to have him to cuddle up to at night.

      I don't know what I do when I get my bigger doll @__@ But I have been thinking about buying him pyjamas. I think he'll be too big for a onesie...

    7. I don't have any PJs for Elyse yet, but I want to get her some. They wont be just for bed, though.

      Every night I do put her in the pillow bag that came with her. I put a face protector on her and zip up the bag. We have had a small mouse problem in the past and I don't want to risk even the smallest chance of one on her. :ablah:

    8. I tell them goodnight when I go to bed and bye in the morning when I go to work. But don't actually put them to bed.

    9. :) I always tuck Cassie in. I don't change her clothes, but I do make sure she is either settled in her box-bed in between her 2 mattresses or cosied up on the sofa. She might spend the entire day in the box without me fussing about her but for the evening I check up on her and maybe give her a hug.
      I do consider her a living being of sorts so it is no wonder. :)

    10. I did do the sleep thing with my doll, but like I said in my other post, it was annoying to have to change her clothes every day.

      Plus, you do have to be careful of putting their faces down. Emma's eyelash got kind of wonky because of the constant weight that was being put onto it.

      Now, everyone just sits around.

    11. My dolls never go to sleep. They're either sitting or standing 24 hours, in their day clothes, and without a single blink! Lol, but I'd like to buy a sleeping head for some of my dolls so I can take some pictures of them "sleeping/passed out drunk". :lol:

      Sometimes if I'm spooked at night I'll have a doll on my nightstand when I sleep. It's a little comforting.

    12. I can't remember if I posted here before or not, but currently my dolls sleep in the same bed with me, so I say yes. If their not for some reason all ready in the bed I'll go grab them, prop them on a pillow, cover them up then we all go to sleep. (Right now it's kind of hard minding just my two msds, I wonder how hard it will be with three?)

    13. I kinda do and kinda don't... I have 7 boys and 1 girl around, but most of them are a lot like me; The clothes they wear around the house pretty much are pjs. I have two shelving units in my room devoted to being their 'rooms', each shelf with a bed or couch appropriate to the couple that 'lives' there. I don't put them to bed every night, since I don't play with my boys every day... but whenever I'm done playing with them, I put them to sleep in their beds with blankets and all, whether it's night or not. At night I say goodnight to everyone, but that takes like... 15 seconds.
      So, it's more like I get them up and get them dressed for play days, but they sleep all day everyday I don't play with them ^.^;

      The only real exception is like someone I read before here, and that's when they're wearing 'work in progess' clothing, in which case that poor soul gets to sit on the sewing table for up to a week ^.^;

    14. Upon pondering this i kinda do and dont. Most of mine have jammies to wear if it is in there nature to wear such thingx. But i often cover them up say good night and make sure they r cozy for their character. Then off to my bed i go.

    15. My 1/4 girl sits on my nightstand most of the time; if I wake up at night and don't see her next to my head, I feel lonely and can't sleep!

    16. LOL! My doll doesn't have pyjamas, but yes, I do put him to bed. I think I'll probably stop doing that when the novelty wears off, though - I've only had him for a week. It's just fun to try out different sleeping poses and to wrap him in a blanket. He doesn't have a bed; he sleeps on one of my pillows. With an SD-sized doll, that's just not going to be possible, but for my little man it's fine :).

    17. hehehe :sweat Yes I do. I don't even mean to but it just sort of happens. I guess it is sort of ingrained in me because I put my dogs to bed too. I'll send them to their bed, cover them up with their fave blanket, and say, "Good night. I love you."

    18. Even though I dont have my doll yet, I think I would put my dolls to sleep. Maybe not all the time though. I possibly might put like my favorite doll asleep all the time. They are just so cute and sometimes come with sleeping faces.

    19. I kind of do put my dolls to bed... They stay in their boxes all day (to protect them from UV rays, excess oxygen exposure, breakage, etc.) and I usually just take them out for a few minutes every night, partly so I can enjoy them, and partly because I feel sorry for them. :| (I wouldn't want to be stuck in a box all day.) Then I tuck them back in before I go to bed. It does get harder and harder to make time for all of them as my collection grows... I have three now, and I don't what WHAT I'd do with eight or ten. (All the more reason to keep my collection small, I guess.) I do usually at least pat their boxes on the way to bed, though.

      So in short, the answer is yes, maybe..? :sweat
