Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. I always buy outfits for a particular doll and with their character in mind. However, stuff does get shared a lot.

    2. Whole outfits are chosen to go with a particular doll's personality, and do not get shared. However, basic pieces may be removed from an outfit and shared to make a different outfit. Something particular and unseparareable, like a kimono, will be given to one girl to be kept as hers.

    3. Mostly they have their own clothes, because they are so different. The two girls I have in MSD size are probably the total opposite of each other, one of them is adorable and loves pink, strawberrys, sweets and cute stuff, the other is more gothic, punkish, alternative, and likes Red, black and wears more meature clothes, where the other looks more like a child in her current pink hello kitty dress. Also, the punkish one has long red hair, where my childish one has shoulderlength hair with large curls. So they would never really share clothes, and my current two SDs are a girl and boy, so it would be funny if they shared clothes, even though my girl have a male shirt at the moment, because it's long and comfy and she's a little nerdy shy type, and the boy is a punk with split personality.

    4. I have 2 girls and they do share clothes. however they don't wear them the same way. For example Chloe loves frilly things but Andrea is more of a modern hip girl, so Chloe may wear a frilly top with a schoolgirl skirt and a flower in her hair, but Andrea would wear the frilly shirt with jeans and a scarf. Little details like those are what actually help you make the characters unique.

    5. I have a hard time letting my dolls share clothes because each has a different style than the other. The clothes just don't seem to suit eachother!
      I've tried before and it just didn't work. ~

    6. My girls shares cloths a lot.. even if they have particular cloths.. Even if it's like that for me, some cloth can't they share on, and that's some that I sew specific for that girl. Those cloth and some wigs...
      Sometimes I hate that they can share so good with each other and sometime I love it

    7. If my dolls didn't share clothes one of them would have nothing to wear! I have two msd girls. However, I do intend to get my newer girl-Charlotte- some things of her own in time, and she won't be wearing some of the really girly stuff my original one-Leanna-has, it just isn't her style. Charlotte seems to have stolen her hat though....

    8. As of now, I only have one doll, and another on the way. I'm saving up for a third. I don't foresee any of them sharing clothes, because their bodies will be different enough that I don't think their clothes will fit each other. Maybe if I ever end up with two dolls that have bodies that are close enough in size to fit each others' clothes... but I don't foresee that happening in the near future.

    10. Only two of my dolls can share clothing: Uzi and Lorelei. Gotta love that Minifees can squeeze into some Littlefee clothing that has some stretch. It's a lifesaver really.

    11. my dolls are tinies and their ages are all under 7 years old so they don't mind sharing clothes and they also don't mind going around naked XD only one has her own preferences so she can't share a lot (but everything pink is ok)
      I also use clothes of my bjds for other kind of dolls and vice versa :P

      anyway if I had MSDs I think they would not share their clothes, but we'll see

    12. Seraphine sometimes steal Ces' shirts or shoes but she refuses to wear pants and he wouldn't be comfortable in a skirt (as dictated by the personalities that I noticed when I first saw them both). It doesn't really change my view of their personality any. They'll kick me if I try to dress them in something they don't like though (Well, Seraphine kicks, Ces just goes all awkward to dress).

    14. I can't see NOT sharing clothes! My girls are like sisters, they share shoes and socks and clothes. Sometimes I share wigs and eyes too, just to see. I usually get a character idea in my head and I like it a certain way, so I don't usually change it up. But my girls do have differing tastes (and by that i mean my tastes differ for them) for instance one likes girly frilly things and the other likes black and cute things.

    15. Well, I only have the one doll, but all the clothes that I make for her I share with my roommate's dolls, especially as they are waiting for their own clothes to be made. Can't have an army of naked dolls sitting around the house!

    17. Currently... no. And its not because I don't want them to either. the dolls i currently own are

      yosd girl
      msd boy

      and the doll i'm waiting on are

      msd girl
      sd girl

      So yeah.... even if i wanted them to share... none of their clothes will fit the other.

      I just had to make life difficult for myself didn't i! i could have had all the same size dolls and just have one wardrobe, but NOO. I have to have four now don't i!

      ~sigh~

      I'm going to be so poor for the foreseeable future.

    18. Right now two of my tinies share a dress (and a body to be fair), but other than that none of my dolls share clothing beyond shoes and undies.

    19. My dolls all share clothes at the moment (or, the ones that are the same size do). They have enough of a style overlap that I can get away with having them swap outfits, but I think when I get them a bigger wardrobe or learn how to sew it might break off into each outfit belonging to a specific doll.

    20. Mine used to share clothes... but they really don't anymore, unless they're just getting home, or haven't really got their things yet. I have found in the time that I've owned dolls, I've gone from not caring if they share or not, to having each doll develop their own individual 'style' almost... I am also getting to the point where each of my dolls have one or two outfits each, and not much more...

      In saying that, Audrey, my Soony, and my little dollies (under yoSD size) tend to be spoiled rotten and as soon as I see something I think that I'd like to get for them, I generally go ahead and get it for them >.<''''
