Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. It really depends on the doll's personality/your character I guess! Some dolls just don't wear shoes and barefoot seems to fit with their character very well. Personally I love shopping for little doll shoes and I think the shoes are just another attraction to the hobby for me (: Although I do love my dolly's little bare feet! So I guess my doll wears shoes sometimes:lol:

    3. Mine just wear shoes. I change them often but they're almost always wearing shoes.
      Not really sure why, maybe I just like shoes better than feet?

    4. Yes my doll wears shoes, I don't want to get her socks or feet dirty when I take her out
      but I also don't want to fuss with her shoes when I randomly feel like taking her out so when I change her clothes I usually put her shoes on too and she almost always has shoes on.

    7. With the exception of 2 anthros, all my dolls wear shoes (all the time, at that...)

      Personally, I don't think their outfits look complete without them.

      (That said, I love shoes myself, so it probably just stands to reason that I'd love doll shoes as well!)

    10. Currently, no. My doll is anthro (Pipos Minuet) and originally had human feet, but I modded them into cat paws. They're a bit bigger now so if I wanted shoes on her I'd have to make them myself. Now that her feet are cute little cat paws though, I prefer her to be barefoot.

    13. Allister has glorious feet. He's the tall Doll Chateau with the jointed toes. Also... I haven't found the right shoes yet. :sweat

      Most of mine wear shoes, though, if I've found them the right ones.

    14. Most of the time, mine do not. I do believe that, right now, only three of them actually are (four if you count the PukiPuki Arabian Feet as shoes). I have a hard time sourcing the correct style of shoes for them - my dolls being a mix of high fantasy and futuristic scifi, and with lot of doll places selling modern style boots, sneakers and mary janes, it is extremely out of place for them to wear those. I prefer to spend my resources hunting down the correct style of dress for them first and the shoes last. So result - lots of shoeless dolls!

    16. All of my dolls wear shoes. I adore doll shoes---- I have multiple pairs for each of my dolls, they're my favorite thing to collect for my dolls. I enjoy buying new doll shoes more than I enjoy buying new dolls! Finding the perfect pair of shoes to go with an outfit is a huge part of the fun of dressing up my dolls, and no outfit seems complete without shoes. I don't want very many more dolls than I have, but I will probably never have enough doll shoes. :)

    17. Yes!! I myself LOVE shoes! So when I recieved my doll, I ordered multiple pairs in one order xD so I guess I'm not only addicted to shoes for me, but for my girls too! ;)

    19. Yes. Unless I have a shortage of footwear in a particular size (which has happened for some of the less-common sized dolls) they all wear shoes. I didn't do that at first, in part because the shoes can be pricey, I was focusing on clothing at first, and I figured who cares, really... then I realized that I liked the finished look better and that they stand better, in general, with shoes than without.
