1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    1. Thank you!! :) One day I'll work up the courage to dye her and start her face up.

    2. It's too hot in Poland for dolls today. It's too hot for anything.

    3. Ohhhh she’s stunning!!! I’m currently working on a faceup for a DC Elizabeth, I’ll share here soon when I finished her faceup, such a stunning sculpt!

    4. Thank you so much dears!

    5. Thank you! :) I'd love to see what you do for your Elizabeth's face up!

    6. Oh!!!!! their horns look so beautiful ;;;;; also their wigs look really natural? It's a bit of a weird word choice but they fit really well with the sculpt and their clothes and the overall aesthetic!

ahhh she looks so ethereal!! the blue of her eyes is also a nice contrast of deep colour too!

    7. I am finally getting around to making a wig for Charon. I am just learning so it isn't that great but it is better then my previous attempts so I am slowly improving. I just have to make the part now.

    8. Thank you! The eyes were only supposed to be temporary but I've really grown to love them in her! :D

Wig making does take many an attempt to learn, don't worry. It's looking good so far and as long as you keep practicing you can only get better! :)

    15. I finished making Charon's wig. The part didn't turn out and it looks horrible. But it was good practice. I am going to eventually cut the hair off the cap and reuse it. But for now she has hair.

    18. That carved-looking design is so cool! She's going to look gorgeous all painted up!

    19. well i paid up on the head from the discontinuation, so now I wait. It may take a while because i ordered green lol.
If there's a fantasy option i'm all over it.
and I love DC's green, it's such a pretty colour.

I ended up getting Ula instead of Alva and at some point she'll get a body. I didn't want her default body, it's too tall for me so it'll be a case of figuring out if she'll fit/work on a shorter body. that 5.5 neck may be a problem for me. Ho hum.

Not sure what my plan is for her yet. That's the problem with discontinuations though, it forces you to make a decision right now now now.

I'm itching to do faceups anyway but I have no sealant. The brand I use has been out of stock since christmas and I can't find any stockists of any of my tried and true brands who aren't charging a fortune for shipping. *sigh*

    20. I decided to make a new wig for Charon. I think it turned out better then my previous attempt, but still not great. But I like it so that's all that really matters.
