@Quiet and Insane Thank you very much @PoeticSoul My dear friend, you always make me smile with your kind words. I am happy you like him & he has a great story
@gaiboiozz it's so nice to see him fully complete! The mod looks seamless. Very excited to see what faceup he gets
i was also marveling at how closely his torso fits - what a nice hybrid! I really like the grey centaur body with his mech arm too. so cool seeing him come together
*playing catch-up* Everyone's projects look so amazing! I'm wishing I was talented enough to be able to do those kind of mods and faceups to dolls, it would be cheaper, that's for sure! Oh well, I'm really looking forward to sewing outfits for my Nicola after seeing these beautiful dolls! I should start looking for a sword for him, or maybe a staff. Hmmmm.... Ryu
Has anyone gotten the K-18 body? I find the K-1 and K-11 bodies difficult and, well, let's call them special. The K-18 is more natural and pretty close to MNF size. Just wondering if anyone has any experience.
Unfortunately I can't help much with bodies, since both my boys are hybrids. :P On another note, I redid my Aeon (DC Jason)'s face up!
Oh hey! My Ryan finally has a face up! It's only been over a year or something OOPS. Wearing the eyes he came with, but won't be keeping, because these have been claimed by like three other dolls and he's getting different ones eventually lol.
@Aireasingh Another fascinating face-up with tons of character! These Doll Chateau boys really seem to inspire creativity in their owners.
@PoeticSoul Thanks! I'm pretty happy with the way it came out! I love this wig too, but the only problem is that it's difficult to style to show off Aeon's fancy merman ears. @Aireasingh Congrats on your new arrival! Cute boy!
@Magnus Vale - I adore the scale details! They look so cool! Did you do them with watercolour paint? @Aireasingh - Don't worry, my Elizabeth is over a year old and is still blank too. Trying to get the courage to dye her legs. I love your Ryan's face up, he's very cute.
It looks gorgeous! I've been experimenting with watercolours on some of my dolls and I really love they look they give.
@Quiet and Insane That was half my problem too! It took a while to get comfy enough to try dying him. And then life happened and I just managed to get him a face recently.
