1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    2. Did anyone see that Oobiedoll says that Doll Chateau if offering green resin now????

    3. All dolls will be available in green and there's no limit on it (yet). I can only imagine the army of green dolls that will soon be appearing.

    4. Portia and Sabine are very beautiful! Who did such great make up for them?

    5. Ahhh thank you, it was me!

    6. Hello there,

Does anybody have an elsia? I saw some pics of him recently and completely fell in love with is squeezable face.
Seeing owner pics really helps give us a clear view of these guys.

    7. Oh my goodness is Fungus kicky. He actually did a weird head banging move and his wig flew off and his head cap!
I straighten his legs and stand him and he suddenly starts crumping.
      It's kinda funny.

    8. Very cute! My roomie split hers all apart to make like 3 different new dolls.

    9. :XD: LOL

    10. He's so very cute <3 beware those legs lol!

    11. Fungus is a sweety. He's getting a bit better the more i handle him. Giving him gentle leg exercises.

    12. Oh does that help with a kicky doll?? I never realised!

    13. Its something i do if i find a doll is a little tightly strung. I gently pull their leg from the hip just until i see the string. Then the knee joint. Then the arms at the shoulder if they need it. Really gently and not too far out.
It seems to help my guys. I did it for Fungus, hilary and merlin my charles on kbody 12.

    14. That's a great tip :> I'd be a little intimidated about re-stringing as I'm a big newbie but that'd a great idea for the future. Do you find it takes long until you notice a difference?

    15. Not long at all. Fungus is already standing much more securely know. Dc can be a little more kicky because they have thinner body shapes, so lighter. That's what i think anyway. Love 'em!

    16. I love DC's sculpts so much to so I am planning to get plenty, good to know :> ps. Fungus is such a cute little name lol!

    17. Admin took Fungus down :(
No wrist joints so no go. Naw.

    18. Oh dear oh well it was fun while it lasted and he can go in the off topic threads?

    19. I have a Carol doll (he's around 28~cm's so I hope this is the right thread).
I was wondering if anyone else with one had a problem with posing him. Every time I try to stand him up one of his legs kicks out from under him and just stays bent. It takes a lot of patients and concentration to get him to stay balanced on his feet. The elastic is strung pretty tight to the point it barely has any bounce to it? If that makes sense? Because he's so thin in places I'm terrified to string him myself but I might have to.
Want to know if anyone has suggestions on what kind of elastic to use. If any one has had this problem before. So forth.

    20. Yapp. I have exactly the saaaame problem. It is very annoying. I will resting them after I modded their heads, and put wires into them. I hope it will help posing the dolls. But it is extremely hard to make them stand in the right position.

My twins :whee: I can't wait to finally finish my exams and be able to start the work with them...
