1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Doll Family H Discussion

Apr 7, 2010

    1. I only have white and DFH is creamier than DFA although I will say they look paper white alone. The center one is Supiadoll

    2. You can check a color chart HERE
I can for sure say the the normal pink irl looks far less dark than in the picture, so either they changed the colors lately or that picture is taken in the dark

    3. Hi! Does anyone have a DF-H body/doll in normal yellow resin? I ordered and received a body in normal yellow, which I asked to custom match to Switch normal. However the body I received looks incredibly light (like a creamy white skin). I asked my dealer and they said DF-H told them it was made correctly, so I wonder if their normal yellow is just really light?

    4. @mirrorcle_world - No, dfh normal yellow is obviously yellow and not a white colour. This photo is the dfh 65cm body in normal yellow and a little rebel head in normal. You can see how the body is noticeably a bit more yellow than the head.

    5. Thank you for your reply! I guess I will have to email my dealer again. They obviously sent me the wrong order :(

    6. @mirrorcle_world - Maybe their switch normal sample is a very light colour?

    7. @mirrorcle_world As you asked them to make your body in Switch normal the body isn't go match DF-H's normal yellow, so comparing the two resin colors to try and see if you got the right one won't be helpful. As xyuemoto pointed out the Switch normal sample DF-H used may have been on the lighter side. The color sample could be old, and I think Switch has changed their colors once or twice over the years.

    8. @xyuemoto @Cloudedmind You may be right, I didn't think of it that way. I just never knew Switch normal to be very light. Thank you!

    9. Yah, if you want it to match exactly, you have to send in a color chip (from a paint store) or a piece of resin of the color you want. That looks like my Loongsoul Normal Yellow on the body :( Every company is different. I was able to match my pinkish Rainman head to the loongsoul body using pastels. a bit of a light yellow did the trick. Usually a pro facup artist can match it no problem I also had to lighten another head recently (it took 10 coats of white pastels with a couple of layers of a yellow, which could have been accomplished so much easier with an air brush, but I am not skilled nor do I own one, LOL. But it can be done.

    10. oh my. i also ordered a df-h 72cm with a color match from switch normal skin.now im afraid i will encounter the same prob like yours.

    11. your switch head was made what year?

    12. Mine was made in 2020.

    13. oh my. your head is in NS color right? (normal beige)

    14. Yes, he's in powder beige.

    15. i ordered through a friend, and he asked DFH through taobao about this and they said they are using the latest 2021 switch color samples. I haven't recieved mine since i just ordered it, so i can not compare. maybe u can ask your dealer again about this?

    16. Hmm, that's strange then. If they're using the latest Switch normal colors, then my body should have been a better match. I had initially assumed they had just mixed up my order with someone else's. My dealer did ask DF-H, who checked their production record of the body, and they said my order was made correctly. So idk. Maybe Switch's normal resin is inconsistent from year to year? :(

    17. did you order yours early this year? or last year? i hope that can get it sorted out. because even if the color samples are outdated it should match atleast 70-80%

    18. I ordered the body in February of this year.

    19. Does anyone have any info on this body and it's poseability (any pics would be a massive and endlessly appreciated bonus :D)? I can't tell how new it is and would like to hear some experiences before diving in. Thank you:chibi

    20. Sorry @mxwutter, I don't, and I'm still looking for reviews or pictures of the 62" girl body :D I have it on order for an old head and I'm dying to see owner pictures :D

Hope someone can help both of us??
