1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

Doll Furniture

Apr 2, 2005

    1. I bought a couch for my girl. It fits her perfectly. I think it would be fun to make some furniture though.

    2. Heck, I have a whole living room set up for them at my home...unfortunately they are currently stuck on a couch in my dorm atm (boy are they gonna be squashed for room soon :kitty1)

    3. I only have a couch for my bjd, which I made.

It's impossible to get any sort of furniture for SDs here, althought I've seen loads of things that would be perfect for a MSD.

The only way to get stuff is online. The problem with that is that althought some prices are fair, they become WAY too expensive after you add the shipping and the dreaded custom fees. *_*

    4. I have one of the wooden Volks chairs for my girl - she's perfectly content to sit in it and watch me on the computer. I think I may take my tax return and splurge on a sofa when her guardian gets here, though - one chair won't be enough! :sweat

    5. :)Will this weekend l picked up a table and chairs for my tiny (mini me) and he is using a bed that l got for another tiny that l'm wating for also my msd girl (mini moon) has her bed and she also has two chairs that she can sit in. I know l will be buying more as l get more dollfies hehe. I'm always looking for stuff for them.

    6. i have a couple of chairs and couches that are for porcelain dolls- they fit perfectly. i also have a couple of cupboards and other stuff that i got from regular furniture stores, they always have some odd-sized stuff there that fits. :)

    7. I bought me some My Twinn furniture since they were having ahuge January sale. Since My Twinn dolls are about 23"-24" I figured it would work perfectly, which it does! The bed is huge though, but righ in porportion. The table worked well as well. :)

    8. I'm planning on getting a sofa or something for when my Sha arrives^^ in a charity shop the other day I found a jewelry box that was designed to resemble a small wardrobe- it even plays music when you open a drawer in it! that was only like £3 as well!

    9. Well I plan to by a piano (or have one made) for my 70 cm boy, Kizimir, I personally think that it is awesome to actually have a room for you doll or something around that idea. Anything like that just makes them more real, which cna also stimulate your imagination, don't you think?
I hope that one day, if I ever get a room that can fit it all, to have some furniture for my boy and any other dolls I will get sooner or later...
Though it will be hard, I have taken a liking to only the SDs so far, and they are all 70cm...

    10. Does anyone know of some stores/sites that sell dollfie furniture??? I'd really appreciate it.

    11. Well, I have heard that American Girl furniture work for MSD's.

    12. Dollmore and Volks USA. ^^

    13. I also suggest American Girl through Ebay.

    14. you really have to shop around
if you have a stacy's near by
      they sell wicker furniture,
but i'm sure about dollfie size....
i found doll sized drinks at jcp
so you really just have to look....

    15. Thanks so much everyone!!!:fangirl:

    16. iplehouse has beds i think :D

    17. Alas, I've been trying to find a cheap/affordable couch for my people and I've haunted all the Ross's in my area... no deal. What department do those who've found furniture find it in? Not the toy section, I hope...BTW, I'm in the Burbank/Glendale/Pasadena area of Southern California :(

    18. im trying to make a sofa, while waiting for my doll to arrive. but it may not fit, cos im not excatly sure of size and everything :(

i really like dolls that lay on the sofa and give out the sexy look. ><"

    19. keeping an eye on this thread. :)
