I hope everyone had a lovely holiday! My DL Hugh returned from his face-up artist yesterday so I snapped a quick photo of him to share. Still a tad undecided about his eyes, but for now, this is how he looks.





@Xura: Your Cecilia is quite pretty. I can't say I've seen many owner photos of that sculpt before -- a shame, really.

@Calabri: Love the snuggle photo! I'm a sucker for group shots, but I don't take enough of them.

@missasher: Your Midsummer is adorable. I love that little winking face... I've had that sculpt on my wishlist for some time now. I look forward to seeing more photos of her.

 

What a beautiful soft face up. I especially love the lining around his eyes! The golden brown eye color goes well with the face and hair colors, but I think he'd look good with another eye color too.

Speaking of face-ups, I'm hoping to start my own tomorrow. My two yosd heads are blank now, and I have all of the materials too. If this goes well I'm wiping Kaylyn's also. Emily (the tan lady) and my incoming Soso are staying the same though.

I decided to just keep the Doll Love body for Salem. I wonder what kinda clothes to buy him. Definitely Goth, but he also like Geisha inspired fashion. So I call him a Goth Geisha. I know He need Kimono sleeves. But he is not a crossdresser so putting together an outfit might be a challenge

 

Unfortunately I still haven't see anyone with her ;__; too bad, she's so cute!

OTL I would make it too, but I don't think I'm quite good enough. Though, now I want to make one for my own dolls... xD

 

Haha I like the idea for the top part of the outfit there But I`m wondering maybe some black ripped tights with some kinda Visual Kei like boots. I`ll check out Dollmore and see if I find something I can mix and match. A transparent Kimono with a skull top underneat meybe.

But I can`t spend any money on bjd clothes just now, so I gotta dress him in regular and dark first.

I don`t think she fits as a sister. But she could be a great friend to Salem. Or maybe even a girlfriend. She`s so gorgeous, and I just love her eyes. The body is real cool to

I'd never seen that sculpt before. She's quite pretty ^ - ^ Half sister maybe? Though, you'd be surprised. I didn't think OD Ranxue had any resemblance to DL Arefa until I put them with eachother. It still took a while to officially decide they were brother/sister though.


Edit: On a side note, I just realized who needs kimono top and frilly balloon pants in my dolly family... my so far body-less WS Ranxue boy. (yeah, I have two Ranxue's) He's blue-purple themed and a goat sorta spirit thing. Also I realized that the SD size I've been craving over could hold his dad... but erm, I must keep this on topic.
