Your Anona looks super cute! Tip for freckles: put watercolour paint on an unused toothbrush and flick at your doll. It creates a really cute splatter of freckles and if there are odd looking ones or areas too thick you can just get a Q-tip and rub some out~ I think I might revert Kaylyn, my Arefa, back to a more modern, normal clothing style... thinking hoodies...

First time on this thread! I can't believe I haven't tried to find a Doll Love thread before now. I've had my Cecelia for two years now, bought her at a local doll show and I absolutely love her. She had her default face, but there'd been some gunk on her face and in trying to remove the gunk I partially removed the faceup. As the wig I used partially concealed the eye, it wasn't noticeable. Still, she's a beautiful girl, my Rose. She's a tiefling, a half demon, and loves pretty dresses and cosplaying. She's recently gotten a new faceup and is all fixed, but as this only happened Thursday, I haven yet to take pictures of her.

I don't know how I never subscribed to this thread, but since I just finally dyed my God-Enjoy (what a strange name): Adet and Liora post-dye by vicemage, on Flickr It's not her final wig or eyes (neither have been ordered yet), but I'm liking her color and looking forward to blushing her. And I'm getting a subscription on here straight away so I can see everyone else's pictures!

I've been pretty nervous about it before, myself, [MENTION=42740]PeppermintPocky[/MENTION], but my attempt to paint her went HORRIBLY (she turned RED), so after seeing the results with iDye Poly, I decided to just go ahead and dunk her (rather than risk the unpredictability of Rit). But I'm also carving up a MNF and a LTF, so I lost a lot of my mod-related nervousness with those projects. She's getting either dark-brown or black hair; I'm not fully decided on her eyes yet, though. I'm not sure I ever did a color drawing of her character where I sorted out what colors she's properly supposed to be! I'm certainly up for suggestions on what eye color might look nice with the rest.
@vicemage I've never heard of iDye Poly --- I'll have to look into it! Maybe someday I'll be brave enough to try using it. I think a dark wig would look great on your God-Enjoy. As far as her eyes, you could go with a red-brown to compliment her new resin tone, although if she were mine I'd be tempted to pop a vivid blue, yellow or light purple in her just so I could admire the extreme contrast.
[MENTION=42740]PeppermintPocky[/MENTION], there's a couple threads about it now down in the Customization and Maintenance forum, which is where I learned about it and how very effective it is (it's pretty permanent, too, there's not really any going back from this color change!). I'm thinking maybe a lighter color for her eyes, myself... I might have some spare yellow and light purple ones around that are "good" ones (not all my "spare" eyes that I pop in on newcomers) and would fit. Silver or silver-blue might be fun, too... decisions, decisions!

Hello everyone! I'm still new in the world of Doll Love and I'm still getting through this thread (30 pages!), but I was wondering if someone could please confirm the height of the 1/4 boys? And any comparisons with any other companies' boys (preferably Doll in Mind and Impldoll) would be SO helpful!
