Both look great, so now I gotta try and figure out which size I want to go with. xD I love his wig btw! I wouldn't mind getting one in a similar style but color is going to be tricky since I want mostly white with just a bit here and there black (streaks/dip dye sorta thing)
I'm sorry I haven't been here for so long And Kaylyn look as adorable as ever Salem is my little kitten. I have no plans on ever selling him! The picture is a little bit dark, but here he is with Mr. Fluffy the cat fur ball He got Soom ears, paws and tiptoe paws, and a long fluffy tail to match his style now. And a toothless knit hat He need to get his cat parts blushed oneday and maybe a more cat like face up. But I'm not ready to send him away to get painted just yet. Taking off his little stockings to show of his little tiptoe paws It's difficult not having fingers anymore. He's just learning how to be a cat (meow) Oh, and for anyone who's interested, the old SOOM cream white skin matches perfectly Doll-Love ws.
He's such a cute little kitty!!! I wanted to make Kaylyn and his lil sister Onyx unicorns at one point but alas spending about the amount that a doll costs on hooves isn't what I wanna do right now. xD I now have to get not just MOST of their cousins but ALL of their cousins... I'd like another Arefa some time...

Kaylyn and his sister would make such cute unicorns But I can understand not wanting to spend that much money on parts. Salem still have his old body but I were lucky to find cat parts for him. I just could not resist getting him cat parts. I don't know if you play Final Fantasy games. My Kaja arrived yesterday morning! So excited to add him to my doll family! His size is taking a little getting used to since all my other bjds are 16cm and below, but I really do love his size! His name is Vish and eventually he'll have different clothes and wig, but these work for now and I didn't want him to have to sit around naked and bald until I found/made something for him to wear. Can't wait till I can get him a proper photoshoot but I took this quick one of him for now.

Thanks! I am really excited to have him home, he spent yesterday sitting either beside me or in my lap all day. And of course now I can see myself getting some more dolls in this size, just wish I could have unlimited space for them.
I've semi decided the one reason I will reshell Onyx and Kaylyn is if I ever find myself in possession of full Shale and Beyla bodies in NS... then I'll buy NS Arefa and Ran xue heads...
Congrats on your new Kaja! He's one of my favorite sculpts, and I still love mine years after getting him. What style do you have planned for him?
Kaja was almost my first doll, but I ended up putting him off for a while, now that I have him it's hard to know where I want to start. xD So far I've replaced his eyes with the green ones he's got in the pic and ordered him a pair of high boots off of evil-bay, and have the yarn for the wig I want to make him, but the rest of it is kind of up in the air. Vish is a character I've had for years and years (like 2004-2005) and he's changed over the years so I'm not sure how being in doll form will affect him. I know he's sort of like a fantasy type character who's been put into the 'real world' and has slowly become a bit more settled into our world. So he'll probably have a mixture of modern and fantasy in his style, not sure yet how I will pull all of it off though.
Sorry for the double post but it's been a while. Been playing a lot with Vish and he's now got a new wig and some jewelry. I'm loving having a bigger doll around though I'm a little intimidated about getting clothing made for him after having been sewing so much for the tiny size.

I haven't been here since I dyed my Arefa O: he's not Kaylyn anymore ; ~ ; Here's why: Besties and here's what I was testing with him once dyed Sullivan by Izzy, on Flickr Sullivan "Kitty" But honestly, Kaylyn's being reshelled as an Akagidoll Janz, which means the maturity is gonna have gone up for my adult male dolls, except from on my Soom Tuff, who's still 18, he's just a cute childish character... basically I'm thinking of changing my Arefa, Sullivan, into a pastel boy rabbit character... Salem is like, Arefa goals... xD
You are so much braver than I am Calabri I don't think I could ever dye any of my dolls as much as I love a lot of the results I see, I just know I'd find a way to screw things up and end up with a totally blotchy/messed up doll, though I'd love to sometime get a tiny in a pale grey-blue resin.
