Doll undergarments a necessity?

I received some super adorable underwear from the person I bought my minifee from.
So, she wears those most of the time. I think underwear are more important under some outfits than others.
It's also fine if the doll has leggings or bloomers on instead in my opinion.

 

All my girls currently have them cos they wear skirts and dresses! My boys on the other hand dont have, lol

 

One of my Dolls is actually only wearing underwear right now because I haven't had the chance to get her any clothes aha! I like my Dolls wear it in case of any incidents where they might flash someone haha

 

It look cute when it is peeking outside the clothes like the anime shows and the movies but only if it is not too thick

For my boy doll no he don’t wear underwear because i prefer the outline to show and I don’t like panty lines on their pants showing

 

I've had friends who I've sat with while they put their dolls undergarments on while ranting about how indecent it is for them to not have underwear, or GASP, a bra. Personally? I think it's not necessary, it's an added expense to how expensive it can be dressing them. Purchase bras for your doll because her nipples show through? Get high grit sandpaper and sand off those suckers. I've known people who sand off the penis on their doll because it got in the way of dressing them. Doll underwear can also add an extra, awkward looking layer that makes their clothing look lumpy.
However, I think doll undies can be really cute, and I'd personally purchase ones with cute patterns or some cute dolly sized lingerie.

the underwear issue can be troublesome. A lot of the time the girls go around topless, as the bras stick out way too much in my opinion. It would seem a little weird to see them go without undies. Even IF I had to use a bikini or something. Tights yes tights would be a viable answer. That reminds me... goes and checks new doll.... yup, none great.

 

All of mine wear underpants - because I like the... naturalness of it. The also wear socks or stockings for the same reason.

However... I recently received a second hand doll with badly stained feet because he’d had the same shoes on, without socks, for a long time and the interior of the shoes had started to flake. (Luckily I was able to clean the black marks off, but, still... To me, anyway, it just reiterated the logical need for socks!)

 

Yes to panties with dresses or skirts ! Would not want my girls to be embarrassed on a windy day, lol. No bras. I only have girls, so not sure how I feel about boy undies, hmmmm.

I had a pair of undies and a little bra for my girl, it seemed weird without them. Especially when wearing skirts/dresses.

 

I like having undies for my babes because...well... it's nice to have a set for "lazy" days.. and I like when she has mesh tops, there can be a bralette under it. Really cute!

Yes, I buy undergarments for all my doll.

 

I never had undies for my boys. I always think I should get undies for my girls, but I tend to forget to buy them all the time. So none of my dolls have any underwears as of now.

 

I'm going to buy it for my doll too. A doll without undergarments looks a bit "unfinished" for me.

 

All of mine have underwear, but it might not be necessary depending on what the full outfit looks like.

 

For me, I prefer putting on undergarments, although I find them expensive sometimes.

 

For me personally, not really. It just depends on my mood for them. It does help though, keeps dolls from being naked and some keep the doll from getting stained.

 

I prefer underwear, yeah. But some of my dolls actually just don't have any as I didn't highly prioritize. I wish I had some nice lingerie for my girl
