  2. Dollshe Craft and all dolls created by Dollshe, including any dolls created under his new or future companies, including Club Coco BJD are now banned from Den of Angels. Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD. This ban does not apply to other company dolls cast by Dollshe as part of a casting agreement between him and the actual sculpt or company and those dolls may still be discussed on the forum.       Stella + Jade event head

      When did you order?
      March 4th

      How was the communication?
      Communication was always fine for me.

      How easy was it to pay?
      Very easy

      How long did it take to ship?
      10 weeks

      Was the quality appropriate for the price, in your opinion?
      No. The heads were very asymmetrical and had an un-smoothed, unfinished texture. The eye holes are messy and uneven. On one of the heads and all over the body, there were bits of dirt stuck in the surface of the resin. At the exchange rate at the time, it wasn't an insane discount from Custom House prices.

      Did the item look like the sales pictures?
      Not really. The left eye on my Jade is approximately 2mm wider than the right one. The head is already smaller than standard SD heads, so it's a big, obvious difference.

      Were you satisfied with the product?
      No.

      If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      I didn't bother to contact them. The cost of wasted two-way shipping, and the restock fee, would have added up to half the price of the doll.

      yes but there is a ploblem that Elysia dress is too small she can't wear it and they forget to send me her stocking.I mail to them by myself and my dealer mail to them too. They reply both of us.

      * If you weren't satisfied, how did the company solve your problem?
      They reply my mail that they will send new dress for my Elysia.About 2 weeks new dress set was arrived. They 're not send just dress and stocking but they sent me all new drees set (no new shoes ^ ^) I'm so glad and feel good for their service.

      * Would you order from this company again?
      Maybe if i want new doll that cheap and cute.
