Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     1. Ha ha, I own that figure as well, though my current plans is to get together a hakama set for Kanu so I can recreate the volume 13 cover. There is an amazing figure by Daiki of that particular picture out but since I got the doll, I can't afford the PVC as well. Ah well.

      As for the yuri, Kanu is rather canonically in love with her female best friend/leader of Seito High, Ryuubi Gentoku, so she's not opposed to girl lovin'. I plan on making Ryuubi this year out of a customised miniDD. Kanu is supposed to be really tall, so Ryuubi's gonna have to be a mini to get the height difference right.

      Hehe I kinda knew this was the figure you were talking about. There is also a lolita version figure of many of the other characters if I recall, one of Ryomou too! You should put them both in lolita and take moe pics of them together too! hehe.

      I was able to fit my Kanu in an SD outfit, the chest was able to fit!! It looks really cute too, pics to come. :) I wonder if she could fit in the DD L bust Swallowtail dress sets, I know you have the black one. You could try it on Kanu, and if you have the pink version, try it on Ryomou, then if it looks good, do your loli-moe photoshoot!! ;)

      That figure of cover 13 is really stunning!! I'm looking forward to see your DDdy version of it!
      In the anime Great Guardians, Kanu is totally obsessed with Ryuubi :lol: That would be really cute, Kanu with her mini Ryuubi to play with... hhohohoho :blush

    9. I bought the extra oufit for Ryomou on yahoo jp auction, it will probably end up costing me double the price :horror:
      But I don't care, I can eat cereals for the next month or 2 if I have too.... :mwahaha ok just kidding I can still afford real food.... :cool:

    15. I'd go so far to say that those girls are attractive precisely because their original game/property is a presentation vehicle for them in the first place. Story and world, while important, are certainly second fiddle to the characters.

      I'm really loving Escalayer... I know when a doll is good for me when I'm semi-excited about her at first... and then gradually get more interested until I look at her pictures all the time... until finally I give in and say "OMG I HAVE TO HAVE HER!!!" I'm getting to that point with Escalayer :sweat

      I'm not wild about her pink wig, but I LOVE the brown one! I wish we didn't have to buy the whole outfit just to get the wig.

      If Kerbey Lane gets her, I'll definitely enter for her!!

    17. I love Escalayers face, but after seeing comparison pictures, I really dislike the DDD body. It doesn't appeal to me at all which makes me really sad.

      I'll have to keep a hopeful eye on yahoo japan and hope someone sells the head loose.

      I haven't been terribly impressed with any of the DDDy heads save Kanu, so the body is currently sporting a HDD-02.
      I'll try to get pics tomorrow.

      I look forward to seeing your MDD Ryuubi! I an so in awe with some of the DD mods that I've seen on the DD group, on Flickr (thanks to CCU). Unfortunately for me, I have no talent for that sort of thing, so all of my gals are "box stock".

      She might, there is some "give" in the blouse. I do have the black one (without the default shoes), but not the pink one. I got the black one off of the marketplace, but that's a story for another time... :|

      I did get some uber kawaii outfits from S*K*D, and I have a doll meet-up on Feb. 1st (I hope). We'll have to wait and see... :mwahaha

      Honestly, I think Volks is trying to kill me (or at least my credit card). :o I'm hoping that she does makes it over here to North America. I was very lucky to have gotten both Ryomou and Kanu, Ryomou's extra outfits, plus the two new DDdy outfits from a friend (and some of her JET buddies). It's always nice to be able to buy them over here, though. :3nodding:

    20. QFT. With two Dolpas coming (bang-bang!) in March and May, it's a relentless assault on your wallet. That's why I've learned to start letting stuff go, there so much newness coming down the pipeline there'll always be something just for you eventually. May as well have the money "ready" for then. :lol:
