1. It has come to the attention of forum staff that Dollshe Craft has ceased communications with dealers and customers, has failed to provide promised refunds for the excessive waits, and now has wait times surpassing 5 years in some cases. Forum staff are also concerned as there are claims being put forth that Dollshe plans to close down their doll making company. Due to the instability of the company, the lack of communication, the lack of promised refunds, and the wait times now surpassing 5 years, we strongly urge members to research the current state of this company very carefully and thoroughly before deciding to place an order. For more information please see the Dollshe waiting room. Do not assume this cannot happen to you or that your order will be different.

    3. Question! :D (Heheheh it's my turn)

Will the wigs be part of the design? As in, will a wig be made to match a winning outfit's picture if the person has drawn said hair (wig) as part of the overall outfit?

      Thanks!

    4. Last year wigs were included, so I suppose it's the same now :)

    5. In the entry form it said something along the lines that clothes, shoes, accessories, and hairs/wigs could be included as part of your design, so pretty much everything but face-ups and body mods should really be included.

    6. The copy below is taken from the first post in this thread:

So yes, if you win, you get a copy/set of the outfit you designed.

    7. Question: Was I supposed to get any kind of response from dollheart when they received my emailed submissions? I'm wondering if my entries were received.

    8. winner will get a set themselves :)

    9. Good Suggestion :)
We will reply a confirmation email if we got the submission :)

    10. I have a last minute question!!!!!
I am almost ready to send my contest entries via snail mail, BUT!
After I have finished the drawings and filling out the entry forms, how do I attach the forms to the pictures? Should they be attached? Stapled? Or just included loosely? I know this sounds dumb, but I don't want to staple them if it will have to be removed and maybe make it look raggy and not professional? Sorry to sound dumb, but this is my first time entering the contest and I don't want my entries to look like they are from the obvious noob! THANX!

    11. Are you still going to reply with comfirmation e-mails when submissions are sent? I sent some off over the weekend and didnt hear if they were recieved or not.
Sorry for the question just worried they didnt send, lol.

    12. Awsome! I want to enter!

we can have 3 entries for each category? for all three sections?

    13. Um...is anyone else entering their entries the old fashioned way? I worry mine will look so rinky dink since I am sending them in snail mail- I hope the colored pencils and stuff show up well. I have no access to a scanner and have to mail them in.

    14. Yes, you can have a total of 27 entries. For example, one category (60 cm BJD) would have 3 subdivisions (Apocalypse, Tarot, Love & Peace), and you could have 3 entries for each subdivision. It would end up looking kind of like this:

      A. 60 cm BJD: 1. Apocalypse a. Design 1
      A. 60 cm BJD: 1. Apocalypse b. Design 2
      A. 60 cm BJD: 1. Apocalypse c. Design 3
      A. 60 cm BJD: 2. Tarot a. Design 1
      A. 60 cm BJD: 2. Tarot b. Design 2
      A. 60 cm BJD: 2. Tarot c. Design 3
      A. 60 cm BJD: 3. Love & Peace a. Design 1
      A. 60 cm BJD: 3. Love & Peace b. Design 2
      A. 60 cm BJD: 3. Love & Peace c. Design 3

    15. I'm going to color mine in with colored pencil and marker, but then I'm going to scan them in to my computer, burn the images onto a CD, and mail that. Because postage to Hong Kong is outrageous.

    16. okay, Thank you! um... I'm sorry if this was also answered previously, but I'm doing an entry for Revolution of School. and the uniform that I'm doing has a girl version and a boy version. would that be considered one entry or two?

    17. wow this is nice ( i hope i will not be late)
      i have a quistion
about our name, is using our nick name ok or we have to use our real name? if real name is first name enough or we have to use last name too?
      thanx

    18. Yes, up to 2 designs, either male/female or samegender/samegender, can count as one design.

    19. *dies* Finishing coloring and scanning in tonight, either mailing the CD or emailing tomorrow. Kind of late to be posting this, but I found some freeware that will turn any printable file into a PDF yesterday. If anyone hasn't emailed their entries yet, and is worrying about file size, I would very much reccomend it.

    20. Do you know if they will let us know when they recieve entries via snail mail or is that just for email entries?
