Dollie Nightmares?

I've had the same dream, and more than once too! My boy's face became disfigured and soft when i touched him. ;A; This always happens when I don't play with my boys much.

 

my worst nightmares are their fingers breaking when i am dressing them, and the resin turning yellow. i don't know how much light they can be exposed to so whenever i am done dressing them, etc, i put them back in their trunk.

 

I'm gonna have to say....yes, I do have these problems, at times. Once when I was awaiting my Kirill, I had a nightmare where he was the completely wrong doll. And he would be cracked everywhere ect. And when I got him, those dreams stopped, when I wanted another doll, at the Christmas event, I dreamt that he was alive, and my second doll was there, demanding for clothes, refering to me as peasent, and he kidnapped meh doll!! >_< And then I woke up, wide eyed with the first verse of the song. "I'm Just A Kid" by some band, can't remember the name but yeah. If you could remind me that would be cool, but anyway, I looked around, the cold room was not making anything better and I saw my doll there, in his bed, looking at me, his arms crossed. I sighed gave him a big hug and went back to bed. Bit it eased of when I kept thinking to myself. "He will be fine, he is in no danger, if there IS someone in danger, it would be me." and soon after, the nightmares vanished. These nightmares normally occure when you care and cling to your doll to much. And that's a natural thing.

 

Same night after watching Doll Master lol.
Wasn't really a nightmare... but it sure scared the shit out of me.

It was only for a few seconds, before I actually woke up for the day.
I always have Denzel sleeping in the official box he comes with ( the pillow and everything without the top box cover on him, just like a bed )

So I dreamed that I was opening my eyes in the dream, and I suddenly find Denzel laying down beside me, me moves his head just slightly kinda facing me, and then his eyes shift to look straight at me .____________."
It wasn't really a mean look or that he was gonna harm me, more like, he was scared of something >_>

And that's the ONLY "nightmare" I've had.

 

I have nightmares when I put my dolls in their boxes with the lids closed ._. I dont know why though. And I dream that they get hurt or stolen, broken and stained but sometimes the nightmares aren't even about my dolls. Ive learned that they can be anywhere in my room and I can sleep fine, as long as their laying on the pillows in the box with the lids open ^_^

I had a horrible nightmare the other night!! I had my Cuprit, Hazeroth, and she was painted up and just perfect, exactly as I had envisioned her. I was on a ship [lol, I think I was subconsciously dreaming of that doll cruise that so many people are planning for! xD] with a bunch of other BJD collectors, and I was the youngest one on board. Suddenly I was surrounded by these three really mean-looking girls and they started throwing some pretty wretched insults, calling me a 'poser' for buying a Cuprit, and if I wanted a hooved girl, why didn't I get Beryl. ^^;;; Well, I started to try and explain, that in my mind, they're two separate characters, and I would've bought Beryl when she first came out had I been a little more savvy with BJDs at the time---and I intensely tried to defend my Hazeroth, saying how much I adored her, and the hours of work and love that went into her tattoos, but they didn't care. .__.;;; And then one girl ripped my dear Haz from my arms and threw her overboard----I screamed and tried to catch her, but I accidentally jumped off the boat!! Dx

Just as Hazeroth hit the water, I woke up. ;__;

INTERPRETATIONS! I'm worried something horrible will happen to my Cuprit? ...yes!! I also had a dream that an ex-boyfriend smashed her with a hammer in my college dorm room before!! O_o;;; She's not even HERE and I fret for her safety! Dx *cries* And... I want a Beryl? This is true. xD;;; I'm...afraid of boats? *shrugs* Heck if I know, I've only ever been in my uncle's speedboat. xD;;;

 

TT TT I had a dream. . . (okay so I keep getting this one) where I was going over to try and change Faye into these new clothes I had for her, and every time I walked towards her, it was like she was moving away. I (FINALLY) thought to grab the couch and hold it while I was trying to pick her up, but everytime i touched her skin or breathed on her she absolutely melted! TT TT IT WAS HORRIBLE! I wasn`t sure what was going on, and she was fine when I moved away. Then she started climbing up to my windowsill, and I thought it would be okay, so I went to get her, but she backed up a little bit and then she fell out the window! TT TT I went after her and when I got her she melted away completely in my hands!

(These are the kinds of dreams I get when I think she starts to feel neglected. Like she`s mad at me and she`s sending me telepathic warnings. Sometimes, I`ll go to my room, and she`s sitting in a different position than before, and it looks like she`s kind of looking at me. I don`t know what it is, but I`m pretty sure I`m the only person who touches her. SHE IS MINE! rawr. )

 

I actually had a nightmare about my boy a few nights ago. For some reason my dream self was trying to move his hair out of his face with scissors of all things and they like slipped and gouged his cheek. My dream self freaked out and when I woke up I checked him ASAP to make sure he really was okay >.> lol

 

my worst nightmare is that...my reseller screw-up my custom faceup...and still dare to demand a high price for it.

 

I had this horrible dream/nightmare last night that I was doing a box opening and as i was putting my doll together her face, her face only, just started to melt. It resolidified again and looked something like this image. Be warned it's kinda gross.

 

I had a dream once, which was weird/bad, but didn't scare me. My girl had died. O.o
She had never really been alive/moved around in the dream, I don't think (I mean like in the 'dream past' she wasn't a living thing, if that makes sense). Anyway, she had died, whatever that meant, and I was carrying her around in a little coffin (I have one of those Halloween Target ones from a couple years ago) and had to bury her before anything happened or the body started to decompose. It was odd.

 

Not really a nightmare, but i once had a dream about a doll i really wanted to buy, Chiron from Souldoll. Well, in this dream i dreamt that he finally arrived and i thought 'wow, that was quick...' But the way i felt was 'Wow, i have him but i don't care for him' i remember not even wanting to open the box...
When i woke up from this dream i knew then that Chiron was not the doll for me.

Oh, i thought of another dream! I had a dream that i was babysitting 2 little kids. I got distracted by a guy that had come over. This guy later showed me his bjd, and i thought it would be cute for his dollie and mine to meet, so i went to get Para. For some odd reason i left her in the bathroom along with my oil paints (cause for some reason i painted in the bathroom in my dream). When i found her i found that the 2 kids i was watching had painted her face completely white. My heart sunk and i felt like Para had died. I remember thinking it was going to cost me so much to get her cleaned and have a new face up put on her. But i thought she would never be the same again... that part of her died. When i woke up i felt so relived that it was dream.

 

OMG! I had a doll dream! And my boys aren't even here yet! I had a dream that my sister(who is dollphobic) got a weird looking lizard like one and got hers before I got mine and...then, while she went through all my doll clothes, I woke up. I've been having a lot of those nightmares lately, hopefully they will go away when the boys come.

 

I let my (currently only) girl stay on my bed, near my pillow. If she's not there - if I set her down on a chair elsewhere in my room - I get this really uncomfortable feeling (dread, perhaps?) and can't sleep. I guess the sense of dread is my form of "nightmare", too scared to specify any bad thing that may happen to my doll, but knowing that something could happen.

 

Wow, some of these are pretty scary! I hope I never have any truly horrifying BJD dreams. I've had a couple that were pretty odd, and the typical "oh no, she's the size of a Barbie" one, too.

i did have some doll nightmares when i was younger, bout it was because my cousins forced me to watch Chucky when i was 5.

I was terrified of dolls for months after that

 

I had a dream that the house was burning down. I managed to get all of my family members out, and then I realized I needed to save my Amber. I grabbed her box, which seemed to be fine, but when I got outside and examined her, she had turned an ugly brownish yellow from the heat

 

I routinely have dreams where I purposefully scratch my doll's faceups, which confuses me to no end and makes me wonder what on earth my subconscious is up to.

 

My husband has nightmares about my dolls... not me. lol

 

I've never had bad dreams about my dolls, only good ones I once had an incredible dream that I had six, gorgeous, limited dolls arriving at the same time. And,.... Then Riley, my dog, started barking and woke me up
