I'm super excited, because I just ordered my YouYou today! Now I have to come up with a name for her ... she's going to be my LoongSoul White Tiger's best friend who is obsessed with cats. She has such a sweet face, I can't wait to meet her!

Thanks, Yurusumaji! I made her wig forever ago. I am considering getting her a light pink Angell-Studio wig. ^^;
I love the YouYou! I used to have one, but I rehomed her because we just didn't bond. She's SUCH a cute sculpt so I don't know why! I love the LoongSoul White Tiger! AND I'M obsessed with cats! Lol, I think your dollies and I would get along well, hehe! I am excited for you! I hope she finds her way home very quickly!

 

Heya! I just found this discussion and I also wanted to contribute! haha! I have a Doll Love KE as well and she's suuuper naughty and sweet. She came with violet default eyes and I just love her the way she is so I never really changed her eye color and eye size. Here's a picture of Nixhelle.

I have extra hands for my msds and its so fun posing them with them. Etsy is a dark hole that eats money. I have a basket of doll clothes but can't bring myself to buy it XD

I'm having a fabulous time with my Yiyi, putting barrettes in her hair, changing her clothes, posing her..... here she is outside with my favorite blooming flower!

I'm having trouble naming her. I really like Francie, for Frances, but I don't know if it fits her yet. I have also considered Evie, Louise, Sylvia, Lilith, Evelyn, Flora, Sonya, Lucille, and Ruth. Hummmm.... hopefully I can narrow it down soon! I can't wait for May when I will give myself an allowance to buy a few more outfits for her!

Does anyone else have outside photos???? I would love to see them!!!

Yeah, deciding a name for them can be tough but, if you wait a bit, sometimes the doll will just sort of tell you the name it likes. I know it sounds crazy, but you can look at the doll and a name will just pop into your head as if the doll whispered it to you. I've had that happen a couple of times when I was stymied in my choice of names.

Okay, enough crazy-lady doll talk. Congrats on getting your new girl! She's adorable.

Nysa's new wig is here! I'm so excited. Sorry for the not-so-great picture! I plan on getting better ones tomorrow in the daytime. I just couldn't wait to share her!



It's an Angell-Studio wig. When I took it out of the package it looked like it was going to be WAY too small! It fits PERFECTLY though. It's got the right amount of stretch!

Thank you! I love it so much. She's sitting on my desk, I keep smiling when I look at her! And thank you for the compliment on her clothing! I just made this outfit today from some scrap fabric from a bag I made. There are a pair of teal leggings, too!! I'll be sure to share another picture tomorrow.

 

Sorry for the double post, but I was able to take a couple of pictures of Nysa today! This one turned out pretty dark still. :/ I really need to get a better camera!



This one turned out pretty bright! :3 I really love these eyes on her, but I know she can't keep them. Any suggestions on eye color/brand? I just can't decide! I'm pretty sure I'm set on this size, 12mm. (These eyes belong to my Luna, who will hopefully be coming home soon!)

 

I keep telling myself to make a photo before it's dark outside and I just can't manage! I will try to make some tomorrow. Then I will edit this post.

I tried the 11mm eyeco silicone ultra eyes and they are too small for my Yiyi. I put the 13mm eyeco silicone ultra eyes in and they fit very well. She wears color 163. So, eyeco is an option if you don't mind silicone eyes. I have some inexpensive 12mm glass eyes somewhere from eBay and I will try those. They sell every color you can imagine on eBay and most of them are $10 or less, so there's that too. I think the ones she is wearing now look fantastic, so maybe just pick a different color of the kind she is wearing now?

 

Long time no see!! Mainly because Chiisa has been face-less for almost a year. In July we're moving and I decided it's about time I gave her a face so I sucked it up and went at it. I'm happy with it

 

Mollym, I thought about buying her a pair of her own Makoeyes! I do love them, they are so pretty. It's just deciding on a color! I think I may stick with purple, no blue. She's cute in purple! I love eyeco eyes, too! I have had a couple of pairs before. They are super nice.
