Never a stupid question. I believe they are the same sculpt. I know Alice's Collection offers a second style face-up though. I don't see anyone selling YoYos only YouYous. Ok, so I only checked Alice's Collection and Mint on Card, YMMV.
@LadyMissJenni Whoa! That's a wonderful crew of Doll Love little ones. I don't think I've seen so many together before. They are so super sweet. I am facinated with their room setup. From what I can tell, YoYo and YouYou is the same sculpt.

Here are some on Flickr. Wen Wen is very cute! I have heard one owner say that the eyes aren't quite even, so if you are a perfectionist, be aware. It doesn't bother me, so I like them.
Hi guys!! thanks for posting your beautiful dolls, it has been of great help !! I've been looking for so long for a cute tiny girl that has both OE and sleeping head and that I can get different pose hands for and I found that Yoyo fits the bill with everything! I'm really tempted to get her, but Alice collection's doesn't list the heads separately nor they have the different hands listed. Mint on Card has everything listed but they do not accept paypal D: I found ebay seller dollonline2009 has everything, is that their official ebay dealer now?
I don't know if there is an official ebay dealer right now. I also bought through ebay but used Milky Queen Doll Castle because you also get a free wig from that seller..... they are on sale now, so that's cool. You might want to check in the waiting room to see if anyone has used that seller, but they look legit at a glance. It might be worth it to check with different dealers about what they can order for you. From experience, just because a dealer doesn't list it, doesn't mean they can't get if for you. I would compare because some dealers will price gouge on the shipping for add-ons like the hands or extra head..... I thought of getting extra hands for my girl, but I think it would be really hard for me to switch her hands by myself. I've had her about a year and she's strung very tight still. It's a cool option I have thought over though. I'm excited for you to have found your dream girl, please keep us updated.
I actually ordered my 1/4 Doll Love head from Alice's Collections by sending them an e-mail asking for the cost, and just using the USD1 option to add as much as needed. (I ordered my Yoyo at the same time, so I just added the head as well). You could easily do that too, and I suspect the 1/6 heads cost about 30USD. Just make sure to e-mail them first so that it doesn't come as a surprise. Awesome that you found your dream girl, the Yoyo is a wonderful sculpt! I hope you will be happy with her and post a lot of pictures here Edit: You can of course also ask them in the e-mail if they can sell hands to you with the USD1 option, I'm sure they would ^^ I forgot to add that part, sorry.
@FacelessPuppets oh thank you for that tip! that's a great option too~ I'm eyeing a lot of tinies right now and Yoyo is definitely on that list ! If I get her I'll be sure to post pictures here. What do you guys think of the Doll Love resin? I read in this thread some pages back that their doll yellowed faster than others from different companies, but I don't think anyone commented on it.

I can't comment on yellowing since I've only had mine since September last year so they're less than a year old, but they haven't changed in color in that time at least (I keep them mostly in a closed cabinet so that might be a factor too). But I can tell you that the Doll Love resin is verrrry smooth and velvety feeling. I kept running my finger over it and being amazed :'D Can anyone else comment on the yellowing bit?
I've had mine less than a year. The resin is just as nice as my other dolls. I think the yellowing depends largely on the colorant used in the resin. I could be wrong, but that's the impression I have from the folks who have been collecting longer.
