Dollshe and the sculptor may not advertise his products on this forum. Sales may not be discussed, no news threads may be posted regarding new releases. This ban does not impact any dolls by Dollshe ordered by November 8, 2023. Any dolls ordered after November 8, 2023, regardless of the date the sculpt was released, are banned from this forum as are any dolls released under his new or future companies including but not limited to Club Coco BJD.     5. Here is a photo of Francie at a Japanese style Friendship Garden. A friend and I went on Derby Day to take photos. It was very beautiful! I bought this kimono for her especially for this day and saved it for many months. Hope you all like it!

      Thanks for the compliments everyone! This place was suggested last year by a member of our local group. We had such fun the first time, I had to go back this year. I hope to make it at least a yearly photo op for my dolls. You are all welcome to check out my flickr for other pics of this outing. I will soon make an album for all doll photos at this garden.

    14. I'm so glad I found this thread! I just got a YanYan and I'm wondering where the best places are to buy clothes/wigs that will fit her well. Any advice/suggestions? I plan on trying to hand make a few dresses to. :)

    15. @pandakey Yay!!!!!!! I'm so happy there's going to be a YanYan joining the party! We haven't had many, I had to look long and hard when I was deciding for myself but ultimately went with YiYi since she reminded me of my paternal Grandmother's smile. I am really excited for you! I can't wait for you to share pictures!!!!!!!!

      I'm going to give it an educated guess that she will require a 6/7 wig but the bodies are all the same for the recent dolls. I think originally they were single jointed? Anyhow, regular old yosd will fit well. Francie has the biggest wardrobe by far since it's so easy to find clothes that fit. That's great you will sew for her. I've done one small sewing project and it went well. Please share your creations and your new doll when she comes home!!!!

      Congrats on getting a YanYan, pandakey! She's very cute!

      I agree with mollym, my Doll Love girls are very easy to buy for since almost all regular YOSD sized clothes fit them. You can find clothes for them everywhere. My favorite places are Ebay, Etsy, Alice's Collection, and even Denver Dolls Emporium.

    18. Awesome! And yes, I will share once I get back home and do a little photo shoot. I don't see many YanYans around (on youtube, etc.). YouYou seems to be the popular sculpt, hahaha! Something about YanYan's gentle expression made me choose her though. Anyhow, thanks for the advice!
